Lakeridge strikes early to end Barlows season

The Lakeridge Pacers were fresh off an upset victory over No. 10 Central Catholic, as well as riding a four-game winning streak.

Entering Tuesday, they continued to prove the value on momentum in the playoffs.

Their latest victim was the Barlow Bruins, who they defeated 1-0 by virtue of an own goal to reach the 6A quarterfinals this weekend.

Despite coming into this game ranked 23 and with a league record just over .500, the Pacers (9-5-1) have hit their stride at the right time....
