Council sets special meeting to discuss water plant options
The Lake Oswego City Council has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday.
The only agenda item relates to the expansion of Lake Oswegos water treatment plant in West Linn. Tuesdays discussion will focus on options relating to bids received for the expansion, according to the city of Lake Oswego.
The project is among infrastructure work needed to provide drinking water to both Lake Oswego and Tigard. The treatment plant also serves as an emergency water source for West Linn.
The meeting will take place at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in council chambers at city hall, 380 A Ave.
