The sixth annual Woodburn Firehouse Cook-off is slated for this Saturday, with a dozen teams competing in the events barbecue contest.
The event, held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, will also include a beer garden, live music, raffles and prizes.
The cost of $12 includes a barbecue dinner, samples from each grilling team and entertainment.
The live music will be Terry Baber from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the J Swift Band from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m.
Proceeds will benefit local charities.
