Among the 24 awards presented at the annual 'Spirit of Portland Awards' ceremony on the evening of October 27 was the Business Association Award, presented by Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish to the 82nd Avenue of Roses Business Association.

After accepting, the association's President, Hai Nguyen, here holding the crystal award, singled out Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood resident Nancy Chapin of TSG (shown) for her help building the association over the years.
