by: Jim Clark Heavy rains led to a large puddle on Glisan Road on Tuesday afternoon.

This morning, Northeast Glisan Street reopened after high water forced Multnomah County transportation officials to close it Tuesday afternoon.

Heavy rains caused a nearby pond to flood, resulting in a foot of standing water on Glisan between 203rd and 206th avenues. The county reopened the road on Wednesday morning.
