Police seek hit and run fugitive

Oregon State Police are still looking for a person suspected of fleeing a traffic crash Aug. 10, at the intersection of Highway 213 and South Dryland Road.
The suspect, David Guadalupe Oliva-Morga, 26, is wanted out of Marion County on a felony drug-related warrant. He is described as a Hispanic male, 6 foot 3 inches, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
According to OSP, around 6 p.m. on Aug. 10, he failed to stop his vehicle at a stop sign on South Dryland Road, colliding with a pickup pulling a trailer that was traveling on Highway 213. The other driver was not injured. Oliva-Morga was last seen fleeing on foot on South Dryland Road. He is known to reside and frequent the Woodburn and Molalla areas.
