Holiday Swing Dance - 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, Gresham High School cafeteria, 1200 N. Main Ave. The school's jazz band will provide music, and the first hour will be a swing dance lesson. End of Term Concert and Jazz Band Concert - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 7-8, College Theater, Mt. Hood Community College, 26000 S.E. Stark St. Mt. Sandy Blvd. The first evening tour of the historic Zimmerman House will have carols being played on the parlor piano, family recipes on exhibit and ginger snap cookies from the family recipe to take home. The house was built in 1874 and was home to three generations of the Zimmerman Family. Their furnishings and personal articles remain in this two-story Victorian home. Zimmerman Heritage Farm and Heslin House Museum - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, Heslin House, 60 Main St., Fairview, and Zimmerman Heritage Farm, 17111 N.E. Sandy Blvd. Explore two historic homes that are complete with furnishings, photos, exhibits and more. The Heslin House tour includes a visit to the historic Fairview City Jail and there is also an exhibit of historic dolls. Admission is free to either museum, with a requested donation.
