Suspect found in killing of Damascus man
Clackamas man is being held without bail
Clackamas County sheriff's detectives arrested a suspect in the Dec. 13 homicide of a 34-year-old Damascus man.
Marcos Andres Pico, 29, of Clackamas, was arrested in the unincorporated Clackamas area at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, and charged with one count of murder. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.
At about 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Jonathan David Waldorf was killed in front of his home on Southeast Widgeon Court in Damascus, said Sgt. James Rhodes, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Detectives with the sheriff's office Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit do not believe the death was the result of a random attack but instead suspect the man was targeted.
