Police are investigating an early Monday morning home invasion robbery on the Warner Pacific College campus in Southeast Portland.
According to police, at 3:05 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to a report of a disturbance with a gun at an apartment located in the 2200 block of Southeast 66th Avenue. Whiles officers were enroute, they received information that the suspects entered an apartment and stole the victim's property at gunpoint then fled the apartment on foot.
After the officers arrived and contacted the victims at their apartment, they learned that three suspects entered the apartment and took several items of property. One of the suspects was armed with a shotgun. The three suspects, all described as black males with masks covering their faces, then fled the apartment on foot.
Additional officers then arrived in the area and began searching the neighborhood with a Police K-9, but did not locate any suspects. It is not known if the suspects fled the area on foot or got into a vehicle and left.
None of the four victims that were inside the apartment were injured. No other details were immediately available.
