Two days before Thanksgiving, 23 vendors converged on Westmoreland's Meyer Memorial Boys and Girl's Club, as the second annual indoor encore of the Moreland Farmers Market got underway.

In addition to fresh and prepared food vendors, school groups and individual musicians were on hand to serenade shoppers.

'People are telling us it's the best place to shop for Thanksgiving dinner,' smiled brand new Market Manager Adam Seidman. 'Everything is here, under one roof. In addition to picking up their preordered turkeys, they're also getting stuffing, vegetables, cranberries, squash apples, and even fresh cider.'

Seidman publicly thanked the twenty or so volunteers who helped put on the market. 'It's the end of a great season. We look forward to seeing our neighbors next season.' To stay in touch over the winter months, or to obtain vendor contact information, go online to: .
