New tenants announced at Progress Ridge TownSquare
Latest to sign leases are Black Eagle Martial Arts and Fulcrum Fitness
BEAVERTON - Four new retailers have opened just in time for the holidays at Progress Ridge TownSquare, a mixed-use entertainment and shopping destination at Barrows Road in Beaverton.
Sweet Siren Boutique opened Nov. 21 with 1,300 square feet. Ace Hardware, which occupies 13,000 square feet, opened Dec. 6. Gentle Dental, T-Mobile and Ava Roasteria have also recently opened for business. And leases are now inked for two new retailers, Black Eagle Martial Arts and Fulcrum Fitness.
Black Eagle Martial Arts, which represents the Heuk Choo Kwan style of Korean martial arts, has leased 1,430 square feet. It is owned by one of the few female masters in the industry with a fourth-degree Korean black belt and the first female outside of Korea authorized to teach the heuk choo (black eagle) style of martial arts.
Black Eagle Martial Arts offers instruction to all ages, but specializes in classes for children. It also offers kickboxing, cardio, weight loss challenges and complete fitness and nutritional instruction. It expects to open late in January or early February.
New lessee Fulcrum Fitness has leased 3,100 square feet. Fulcrum Fitness offers boot camps, personal training and yoga classes and specializes in small group fitness utilizing a high degree of trainer-student interaction. Fulcrum Fitness emphasizes health first and fitness for a lifetime. It expects to open in early February.
The $100 million, 20-acre center developed by Gramor Development of Tualatin is the largest private development in the state, as measured by its 325,000 total square feet,
Logical Position notes promotion, VP of search
BEAVERTON - Logical Position has announced the promotion of paid search marketing expert Logan Bennett to vice president of search. Bennett oversees the company's paid search department and is responsible for the planning and implementation of paid search campaigns for the digital marketing firm. Bennett's responsibilities also include tailoring LP's suite of online search solutions to best suit the firm's diverse client base.
Most recently, Bennett was the director of paid search for LP after being quickly promoted from Internet marketing specialist. Bennett graduated from the School of Business Administration at Portland State University in 2009 with a bachelor of science in finance. He arrived at LP with a customer service background and a knack for problem solving in July of 2010.

Wells Fargo picks five assistant VPs in county
Wells Fargo has promoted five of its employees who either work or live in Washington County to assistant vice president:

* Beaverton resident Walt Floeter manages a Wells Fargo bank branch in Newberg.
* Aloha resident Pamela Knudsen manages a Wells Fargo bank branch in Portland.
* Chris Toffler manages a Wells Fargo bank branch in Tigard.
* Hillsboro resident David Vitela manages a Wells Fargo bank branch in Tualatin.
Hasson's Ulery named 2012 PMAR president
Bob Ulery, of Hasson Company Realtors' Lake Oswego branch, is the 2012 president of Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors. PMAR is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to protecting and promoting homeownership, ethics and professionalism within the real estate industry.
Ulery was initiated as president at the PMAR Installation Luncheon Dec. 12 at the Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland. The entire 21-member board of directors at PMAR is elected from the organization's 5,700 members each year. Ulery's duties include monthly meetings to discuss association business and members's issues, and to direct all PMAR programs and services.
