Post residents injured in vehicle crash

Monday evening, at about 7 p.m., Crook County Sheriff's Deputies and Crook County Fire and Rescue responded to a motor vehicle crash on Conant Basin Road, in Post.
The crash occurred about one mile south of Hwy 380, when a 1986 Chevy S10 pickup driven by Jacquelyn Hendrickson, age 63 of Post, left the road and collided with a telephone pole. Hendrickson and her passenger, William Brown, age 67 of Post, were both transported by ambulance to Pioneer Memorial Hospital with numerous but non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident appears to be driver error. No citations were issued.
