Louise Wenrich

Louise Wenrich passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 in Redmond.
   Louise was born in Eugene, Ore. on Oct. 27, 1931 to Martha and James Baker. She attended St Mary’s, Eugene High and the U of O. She spent much of her time in her youth enjoying horses and spending summers at the family ranch on Kiger Island in Corvallis, Ore.
   She moved to Powell Butte with her husband in 1989 and built their retirement home.
   She enjoyed bowling on leagues and doing volunteer work at the Prineville Senior Center . They traveled throughout the United States and enjoyed entertaining friends and family during the summers in Central Oregon.
   She is survived by her husband Ben Wenrich, daughter Charlotte Holland of Prineville, and son Bruce Abbott of Springfield Ore. Fritz Wenrich of Creswell Ore., Sharon Wenrich of Las Cruces N. M., Nita Belles of Bend, granddaughters Georji Brown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho., Kara Wenrich of Los Angeles Calif., Trista Wenrich of Las Cruces N.M., grandson Andy Belles of San Diego Calif., Jeremy Wenrich of Portland Ore., and three great grandchildren.
   A memorial service will be held on Friday Sept. 21, at 11:00 a.m. at Autumn Funeral Home in Redmond. Memorial contributions may be made to Redmond Hospice or the American Cancer Society. The family would like to thank Hospice for the care and love they offered her and the family during her passing. She was loved and will be forever in our hearts and missed by her family and friends so very much.
