ni Jean Perske, a Prineville resident, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007, at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Ore.
She was 62 years old.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2007 and Thursday April 12, 2007 from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. at Prineville Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held Monday, April 16, 2007, at Acacia Cemetery in Seattle, Wash.
Lonni was born in Seattle, Wash., on March 20, 1945 to Vernon and June (Sagdahl) Blomgren. She attended and graduated from Ballard High School in Ballard, Wash., in 1963.
On Sept. 3, 1995, in Marco Island, Fla., she married Doug Perske. In 1999 they moved to Prineville from Vancouver, Wash. She worked for Gary Williams in the Crook County District Attorney's office as a legal secretary for two years and also worked at several attorneys offices in the Prineville and Vancouver area. Lonni was a fan of Nascar and cart racing, attending the Brickyard 400 race in Indianapolis, Indiana several times. She enjoyed animals, especially her three Javanese dogs Annie, Stormy, and Beau.
Lonni is survived by: her husband Doug Perske of Prineville, Ore,; two sons, Todd Burba of Oregon City, Ore., and Tyler Burba of New York City; one daughter, Tiffany and her husband David Schramm of Vancouver, Wash.; one step-son Ty and his wife Shelley Perske of Portland, Ore.; and by one stepdaughter Terri and her husband Gerald Krum of Portland, Ore.; one brother, Randy Blomgren of Edmunds, Wash.; one sister, Vicki Ryan of Issaquah, Wash., and by six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Arrangements are in the care of the Prineville Funeral Home.
