li Ann McCloughan, a Prineville resident, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2007 in an automobile accident.
She was 37 years old.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 13, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Prineville Funeral Home.
Pastor Chris Blair will be officiating. Private inurnment will be at Juniper Haven Cemetery in Prineville, Ore.
Calli was born in Prineville, Ore., on February 1, 1970 to Larry and Penny (Edwards) McCloughan.
She attended and graduated from Crook County High School in 1988.
Calli was devoted to her two young sons, Brant and Christian.
She worked as a nanny for Howard Johnson, of the New York Mets baseball team, in New York after graduating from high school.
She also lived and worked in Bend, Maui and several Idaho communities in the field of hotel management. She was attending Central Oregon Community College in Bend, majoring in psychology and was so proud of herself for making the dean's list.
Calli enjoyed being a mother and student, excelling at both.
She had also been a wonderful dancer and had attended High Desert Dance from the age of 5 through high school. She loved to draw and was very good at it. She enjoyed socializing and hanging out with her family and many friends.
Calli is survived by: her two sons Brant, age 11 and Christian, age 7, both of Prineville, Ore.; her mother Penny McCloughan of Prineville, Ore.; sister Cassie and her husband Tim Harris of Prineville; and one brother William McCloughan of Prineville, Ore.; niece Payton Harris and nephews Tucker Harris, and Christian Russell; aunt and uncle Don and Jean Edwards of Prineville, Ore., and aunt and uncle Bev and Tom Sikes of Bend, Ore.; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father Larry McCloughan, and one aunt, Katy Edgerly.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Calli McCloughan Memorial Fund at any Community First Bank in central Oregon.
