rice Earl DeBoer of Prineville died Dec. 6, 2001 at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. He was 66 years old.
He was born April 6, 1935 in Elwood, Neb. to Obed and Cleda (McGraw) DeBoer. He moved to Prineville in 1997.
His interests included playing the harmonica, and country music. He was a member of the Prineville Eagles Lodge.
Survivors include his mother, Cleda DeBoer of Federal Way, Wash.; sons, David DeBoer of Tillamook, Gregory DeBoer of Arizona and Steven DeBoer of Pendleton; daughters, Cynthia DeBoer of Elgin, Pamela McKenzie of Ukiah and Alexandra DeBoer of Edmonds, Wash.; brother Roland DeBoer of Anchorage, Alaska; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and three siblings.
Cremation will be held at the Prineville Heritage Crematory under the direction of Prineville Funeral Home. Private services will be held in Alaska.
