FFA chapter says thanks to everyone

To the editor: Thank You from the Crook County F.F.A. The Crook County FFA participates in many contests and has had the opportunity to take many trips. Our biggest and most educational trip is to the National FFA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. The National Convention teaches students how agriculture benefits world’s economic system and helps the students plan for their future in college and in a career. The FFA helps students gain leadership skills, speak in front of groups, explains the importance of agriculture and how it benefits people, and enhances the students’ self-esteem by being a part of a group and overcoming obstacles. Without the support of the community and businesses none of this would be possible. So on behalf of the Crook County FFA Chapter we would like to thank the people and businesses who have supported us and made it possible to get the hands on experience to help us lead our lives and accomplish goals.
