man Fred Romtvedt of Prineville died Thurs., April 19, 2001 at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. He was 73 years old.
He was born Sept. 22, 1927 in Klamath Falls to Sondre and Annie Lou (Williamson) Romtvedt.
Mr. Romtvedt worked as a fisherman in Alaska and retired from working as a dairy farmer. He lived in The Dallas and Monroe, Washington prior to settling in Prineville.
He is survived by his sisters Ellen and her husband Einar Kjesbv of Olympia, Wash., Annie Lou and her husband Ben McCracken of Juanita, Wash., Borgny Young of Phoenix, Ariz., and Alvhild and her husband Al Stolte of Pasco, Wash.; brothers David and his wife Teddy Romtvedt of Klamath Falls, Eric and his wife June Romtvedt of Baker City, and Carl and his wife Betty Romtvedt of Sedro-Wooley, Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will be held at the Prineville Heritage Crematory under the direction of the Prineville Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Sat., May 26 at 1 p.m. in the Bonanza Cemetery in Bonanza, Oregon. Pastor Bob Kenyon will officiate.
