sie Irene Stout of Prineville died May 31, 2001 in Portland at St. Jude Alzheimer's Care Center from complications of pneumonia at the age of 85.
She was born Jan. 18, 1916 in Warrensburg, Missouri to Frank and Anna Morley. In 1936 she married Frank Stout and they moved to Prineville in 1949. She worked for Coin Mill and Sprouse Reitz.
After her husband died in 1964 she married Roy Bybee in 1969.
Her hobbies included cooking, sewing, making quilts, dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Wanda and Jim Mitchell of Portland, Louise and John Puckett and Diana and Dareld Seaquist of Prineville; son-in-law Bill Walston of Portland; brother, Charlie Morley of Council Bluff, Indiana; sisters, Katie Sivils of Warrensburg, Missouri, Florence Meek of Rochester, Mich., and Ida Beaver of Granite, Missouri; 21 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, eight siblings and one grandson.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association for Alzheimer's research or to the Prineville Senior Center.
Visitation will be held until 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wed., June 6 at Whispering Pines Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wed., June 6 at Juniper Haven Cemetery. Pastor Ron Halverson will officiate.
