web two
Parents lined up to take advantage of the Project Kid Safe event Wednesday at Ochoco Creek Park. The Crook County Sheriff's office, J&E Sign Company and the Central Oregonian sponsored the event which provided parents with a free standardized, high quality photo of their child and a copy of the child's fingerprints. This information, placed in an ID booklet, provides the parents with necessary information to have if their child is ever lost or abducted. Deputy Brandon Smith was kept busy taking photos with the digital camera at what was one of the more popular events that took place in the park on the Fourth of July.
