   The City of Prineville Railroad invites the public to see the Emily Shay Steam Engine in action from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Viewing is free at the Prineville Depot on the corner of Main and Tenth streets.
   The Central Oregon Chapter 617 of the Experimental Aircraft Association is hosting their 8th annual Fly-In and Breakfast at the Prineville Airport. Admission is free and there is no charge for parking. Pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10 a.m. and lunch at 11 a.m. for $5 adults, $3 kids under 12.    The Vets Club will host a New York steak barbeque for all members and guests from 4 to 6 p.m. Cost is $8. Karaoke with Denny from 1 to 5 p.m.

   The Crook County School Board will meet at 6 p.m. at the middle school media center for a work session followed by a 7 p.m. regular meeting.

   Crook County High School's driver education classes will conclude with final sessions Aug. 14-30. Space is limited and students are encouraged to sign up at the high school. Call 416-6900 for more information.
