the editor: Dear Commissioner “glass half empty” Crafton: The article in Thursday’s Central Oregonian mentioning the possibility of a new company locating in Prineville credits you with saying, 30 employees is the right size for a company locating in Prineville because the impact to the community of a company with 10 to 50 employees going out of business would be less than if it employed 100. I sincerely hope the rest of our Prineville leadership is not that negatively biased with regard to new business. Maybe we have discovered one of the reasons behind Prineville’s slow business growth.
