   November 30
   Crook County Health Department, 203 NE Court St., will hold a flu shot clinic from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. depending on vaccine availability. Vaccines are available for people 65 and over, those with chronic disease, health care workers, pregnant women, etc. Call for more information at 447-5165.
   The Eagles Lodge will host karaoke at 7 p.m.

   Everyone's Coming For Christmas is the theme of this year's Christmas Parade and Christmas Boutique at Pioneer Park. The parade will take place downtown starting at 6 p.m. More than 40 participants in brightly lit and decorated floats will travel down Third Street to mark the beginning of the holiday season.    The High Desert Harmoneers, Men's Chorus will perform at the North Sisters Room, Deschutes Fairground for two performances, a matinee/$10 at 2:30 and an evening performance/$12 at 7 p.m. Tickets are available by calling 318-5451 or at Central Oregon Music in Bend.

   The Eagles Lodge will host breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. for all members and their guests with music starting at 1 p.m. with Bobby and Lori.

   The For the Children committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Apple Peddler for the Christmas Season meeting.
   The parents of 2002 graduating seniors will meet to discuss the all-night senior party at 7 p.m. at CCHS in the library. All parents of seniors are encouraged to attend. Call 447-1123 for more information.
   The Crook County School District board will hold an executive session starting at 7 p.m. at the district office, 1390 SE 2nd St.

   December 4
   The Public Affair Forum will host State Representative Tim Knopp at 7 a.m. at the county library. Everyone is welcome.
   The Sage Hens and Grousers will meet at 7 p.m. at the home of Reita Evans, 2269 NW Madras Hwy. The program will be making pine cone fire starters and bird treats. Everyone is welcome. Call 447-5549 for more information.
   The AARP will meet at the Senior Center at 12:45 downstairs. Speaker will be Don Van Etten speaking on prescription drug issues and eye exam issues.
   Kathleen Paterno will offer a free one-hour presentation on the Enneagram open to the public. The presentation will take place at the public library, Juniper Room at 10 a.m.

   Crooked River Elementary School will hold its annual Book Fair. Hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Give the gift of reading this holiday season. Money raised will help the school library buy books.

   The Crooked River School will host an Primary Christmas Concert at 12:50 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Crooked River Gym. Everyone is welcome.

   The PMH Hospice Benefit Christmas Auction will be held at Carey Foster Hall with an open house and public viewing starting at 6:30 p.m. The Crook County Cadet Boychoir and Bobby and Lori Smith will entertain starting at 7 p.m. Call 447-2510 for more information.

   Bowman Museum will host an Author's Day featuring four local authors; Rick Steber, Steve Lent, Wayne Kee and Frances Juris. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. Call the museum at 447-3715 for more information.
   The PMH Hospice Benefit Christmas Auction will be held at Carey Foster Hall. The building will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for viewing of donated trees, quilts and silent auction participation. Entertainment starts at 7 p.m. the silent auction closes at 8:30 p.m. and the live auction starts at 8 p.m.

   The Crook County Cadet Boyschoir Christmas Concert will be held at the Eugene Southwell Auditorium at the high school starting at 7 p.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Admission is free.
