Jerry Brooks Montgomery

Jerry Brooks Montgomery passed away from complications of diabetes on Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 at his home in Prineville, Ore.
   He was 50 years old.
   Services will be held in the spring at Sparks Lake.
   Jerry was born on April 23, 1954, to Jerry and Beverly (Paxton) Montgomery in Medford, Ore.
   He was raised and attended school in Ashland, Ore. His family moved to Reno, Nev., in 1968. His adult life, he lived and worked in Portland, Ore., until moving to central Oregon.
   His hobbies included fishing, hunting and spending time with his daughter and friends.
   Survivors include: his mother Beverly Koslosky of Redmond, Ore.; brother David Montgomery of Reno; sister Lorie Hollibaugh of Redmond; stepmother Sally Montgomery of Pasco, Wash.; stepbrother James Guz-Montgomery of Washington, D.C.; stepsister Judy Dunn of Washington; stepdaughter Desiree Wagner of Portland, Ore.; stepson Jason Trexler of Portland and three grandchildren. His father and one brother preceded him in death. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
   Whispering Pines Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
