Multnomah County sheriffs deputies discovered the body of a man in Johnson Creek early Saturday morning.
The mans name was not released. Deputies said there was no evidence of foul play in connection with the mans death.
Two people who were camping along the creek called deputies after they had not seen one of their friends for a couple of days. They found the mans bicycle near the Springwater Trail and saw something in the creek.
Deputies checking the trail near Southeast Jenne Road found the mans body at about 3 a.m. Nov. 23. River Patrol deputies trained in swiftwater rescue recovered the body.
