Aviation museum heats up with summer jazz concerts

Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum outside of McMinnville, home of the Spruce Goose and other marvels of the sky, plans its first-ever “Summer Concert Series.” From Friday, June 25 through Aug. 21, the museum will feature local jazz musicians to go along with wine, beer and food. Plants will also be sold. Shows are 7 to 9:30 p.m. each Friday, free of charge with regular admission to the museum; for more information, call 503-434-4185 or go to www.evergreenmuseum.org.
