Sunday, Jan. 28

• 2:28 a.m.: Police arrested Peter Matthew Carlson, 38, of Clackamas County, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• 3:58 p.m.: Police arrested Elias Aguilar-Manzano, 23, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Corby Street and Hardcastle Avenue, and he was charged with third-degree theft.

• 4:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 900 block of Carol Street.

• 5:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 7:44 p.m.: Police arrested Brandon Scott Durrett, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear. Also arrested was Jeremias Perez Martinez, 28, of Woodburn, and he was charged with harassment and probation violation.

• 10:15 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Alejandro Silva-Garcia, 25, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

Monday, Jan. 29

• 5:25 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Independence Avenue.

• 6:26 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2500 block of Broadmore Place.

• 7:03 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Tukwila Drive.

• 7:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2500 block of Edgewater Drive.

• 9:35 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Hazelnut Drive.

• 9:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Independence Avenue.

• 10:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2100 block of Camellia Way.

• 10:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 9:50 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Emanuel Garcia-Montes, 19, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

• 2:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 4:41 p.m.: Police arrested Tony Eugene Brown, 44, of Salem, in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 5:30 p.m.: Police arrested Frank William Sullivan, 50, of Salem, in the 1100 block of Greenview Drive, and he was charged with coercion, two counts of second-degree trespassing, felon in possession of a weapon and two counts of violation of release agreement.

• 7:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

• 9:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 3:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 12:42 p.m.: Police arrested Eleno Robles, 23, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Front and Jones streets and he was charged with failure to appear.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

• 7:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

MOUNT ANGEL

Sunday, Jan. 28

• 4:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an unknown individual possibly dumping debris on the side of the road at the intersection of East College Street and Abbey Drive. The officer responded and was unable to locate the vehicle or any debris.

Monday, Jan. 29

• 6:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of harassment in the 900 block of South Main Street. The report received regarding two individuals who continue to contact the complainant even after being asked to stop. The officer made note of the numbers and names and advised nothing illegal had occurred yet.

Friday, Feb. 2

• 12:24 a.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving at the intersection of Mount Angel Gervais and Dominic roads. They arrested Ines Lara-Dominguez, 43, of Woodburn, and he was charged with eluding a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, DUII, reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to drive within lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

• 1:04 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti on a building, fence, city park bench and trash can in the 600 block of North Spruce Street.

Sunday, Feb. 4

• 12:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a loud noise from a nearby property in the 1000 block of Willow Street. The responding officer asked the responsible party to be respectful, but advised they were not in violation of the noise ordinance. The subjects stated they were nearly done with their work.

• 7:48 p.m.: Police responded to a vehicle with its hazard lights on in the 500 block of South Main Street. Upon investigation, three dogs were located in the car and may have activated the lights. Staff advised they would let the owner know.

Monday, Feb. 5

• 11:01 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of tools in the 200 block of West Church Street. Complainant was unable to narrow down a time of the theft. The investigation remains open.

• 2:09 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspected drug use in the 900 block of South Main Street. The responding officer contacted the subject, who was found with no drugs or paraphernalia.

• 3:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of loud noise from a neighboring property in the 1000 block of East College Street. The responding officer asked the responsible party to be respectful, but advised they were not in violation of the noise ordinance. The subjects stated they would be more considerate of the neighbors in the future.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

• 6:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 600 block of Birch Street. Upon investigation, it was determined to be verbal and not a criminal matter. Parties separated.

• 9:57 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti on a fence in the 600 block of North Pershing Street.

• 3:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of North Garfield Street. Upon investigation, it was determined to be verbal and not a criminal matter. Parties separated.
