Wednesday, Feb. 21

• 3:58 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Romeo Osuna, 19, of Marion County, in the 2300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment and menacing.

Thursday, Feb. 22

• 9 p.m.: Police arrested Arthur Lynzy Turpin, 58, of Portland, in the 800 block of Evergreen Road, and he was charged with second-degree assault, menacing and strangulation.

Friday, Feb. 23

• 2:07 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 51, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 3:14 p.m.: Police arrested Edward Camanga Lumives, 61, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Sallal Road, and he was charged with violation court stalking protective order.

• 8:03 p.m.: Police arrested Samantha Lynn Aguirre, 27, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of North First Street, and she was charged with violation of a restraining order.

Saturday, Feb. 24

• 11:30 a.m.: Police arrested Efren Arellano-Contreras, 18, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of Pana Street, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 4 p.m.: Police arrested Gregory Lloyd McConnell, 50, of Bakersfield, California, in the 800 block of Evergreen Road, and he was charged with second-degree vandalism.

Sunday, Feb. 25

• 7:07 p.m.: Police arrested Monti Montes, 34, in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with shoplifting.

Monday, Feb. 26

• 4:56 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of North Evergreen Road.

• Around 9 a.m.: Police responded to three reports of theft near and along North Pacific Highway.

• 12:27 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 100 block of Arney Road.

• 12:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of North Front Street. Two minutes later another call came in the 600 block.

• 4:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 6:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an unarmed robbery in the 900 block of North First Street.

• 7 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 2200 block of Country Club Road.

• 9:02 p.m.: Police arrested Bictorino Errera-Morales, 31, in the 2200 block of Country Club Road, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 9:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1600 block of North Front Street.

• 10:52 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Young and Gatch streets, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, Feb. 28

• 1:10 a.m.: Police arrested Teresa Galindo, 50, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Front Street, and she was charged with driving while suspended.

• 3:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Cooley Road and Meadow Lane.

• 4:48 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of McKinley Street.

• 10:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 11:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2100 block of West Hayes Street.

• 12:58 p.m.: Police responded to two reports of burglary in the 1000 block of Young Street.

• 7:03 a.m.: Police responded to several reports of vandalized vehicles on North Main and Cherry streets.

• 4:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of a generator in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

• 4:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suicide attempt in the 200 block of South Oak Street.

Friday, March 2

• 4:31 a.m.: Police located a residence with the door open in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue. The resident advised that they wanted the door open.

• 1:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a wallet stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of North Pershing Street.

• 3:05 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism caused by a student in the 400 block of East Marquam Street.

• 3:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt in the 500 block of South Main Street. The subject was transported on a police officer hold.

Sunday, March 4

• 1:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of illegal activity at a business in the 100 block of East Charles Street. The officer contacted the responsible parties.

Monday, March 5

• 5:29 p.m.: Police arrested Angel Diaz Mendez, 19, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Cherry Street, and he was charged with DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, minor in possession and aggravated harassment.

Tuesday, March 6

• 10:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a vehicle with its door open and light on at the intersection of Buchheit and East College streets. Police contacted the registered owner who advised that nothing appeared to be missing and secured the vehicle.

• 11:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a vehicle parked facing the wrong direction in the 100 block of North Main Street. Contact was made with the driver who stated they were dropping something off.
