ARREST

12/23/08 12:47 a.m. A 17-year-old was referred to a Clackamas County juvenile facility for a curfew violation and for possession of tobacco.

BURGLARY

12/21/08 9:34 p.m. Someone attempted to enter an A Avenue business through a skylight in the roof.

DUII

12/22/08 12:19 a.m. Brandon J. Delzell, 22, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Fourth Street. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

ACCIDENTS

12/19/08 6:36 a.m. There were no injuries when two cars collided on Boones Ferry Road.

12/19/08 8:20 a.m. No one was hurt in a two-car crash on Bangy Road.

12/19/08 8:57 a.m. No one was injured in a two-car crash on Bangy Road.

12/19/08 10:45 a.m. There was no one hurt when two cars collided on Overlook Drive.

12/20/08 11:27 a.m. No one was hurt in a two-car collision on Greenbrier Road.

12/20/08 11:36 a.m. There were no injuries in a two-car crash on Greentree Road.

12/20/08 2:38 p.m. No one was hurt in a seven-car pile-up on Bryant Road near Westridge Drive.

12/20/08 4:22 p.m. No one was injured when a car slid off the pavement on Bryant Road.

12/21/08 1:09 p.m. No one was hurt in a two-car crash on Boones Ferry Road.

12/22/08 7:02 a.m. A tree fell on a city vehicle on Fairway Road. No one was hurt.

12/23/08 6:39 a.m. No one was hurt when two cars collided on Jefferson Parkway.

12/23/08 6:50 a.m. Injuries were reported when a car struck a tree on Bryant Road but the driver, who was hit in the head, refused medical attention.

12/23/08 6:54 a.m. A car spun out on Kruse Way, blocking lanes.

12/23/08 7:35 a.m. There were no injuries when a truck hit a rock wall on B Avenue.

12/23/08 11:18 a.m. No one was hurt when a car struck a guardrail on North State Street.

12/23/08 2:04 p.m. There were no injuries when snowy conditions caused a head-on crash on Iron Mountain Boulevard.

12/23/08 4:30 p.m. No one was hurt after a car slid into a ditch on North State Street.

12/23/08 10:25 p.m. A truck slid into a ditch on Glenmorrie Drive, where it blocked passing traffic on Highway 43.

12/24/08 11:37 a.m. Injuries were noted when a car slid off of Boones Ferry Road and into a ravine.

12/24/08 1:14 p.m. No one was hurt when a car high-centered on the railroad tracks on Boones Ferry Road.

12/24/08 8:43 p.m. There were no injuries when two cars slid off the road on Cherry Lane.

12/24/08 9:40 p.m. No one was hurt when a car blocked the road on Fernwood Drive.

12/25/08 12:07 p.m. There was no one hurt when a driver lost control of a rental car on Parkview Drive.

12/25/08 8:24 p.m. A car slid into a ditch on Cherry Lane. No one was hurt.

THEFTS

12/20/08 1:59 a.m. A cell phone was held ransom by a car owner who found it in his vehicle. Its owner was not amused.

12/20/08 7:47 a.m. Miscellaneous items were stolen from a car on Bangy Road.

12/21/08 5:28 p.m. A car was broken into, its window broken out, on Botticelli Street.

12/21/08 10:05 p.m. A cell phone was taken from a store on First Street.

12/23/08 10:28 a.m. A former employee had been accessing company files at a business on Kruse Oaks Drive.

MISCELLANEOUS

12/19/08 10:17 a.m. Slaughtered pumpkins littered the intersection of Second Street and C Avenue.

12/19/08 4:05 p.m. A disturbing letter was sent to a woman at her office on Centerpointe Drive.

12/19/08 7:47 p.m. Unfriendly neighbors were heckling a woman as she moved out of her apartment on Kingsgate Avenue.

12/19/08 8:24 p.m. A man complained that a driver failed to stop for him at a crosswalk on First Street.

12/19/08 9:44 p.m. An upset child who begged his mother to come home had apparently lost 'the good spot' on the couch to his older brother.

12/20/08 12:06 a.m. A missing five-year-old child was located under the kitchen table in a blanket on Canal Road.

12/20/08 2:33 a.m. Twenty people refused medical attention after a brawl outside the Gemini Pub.

12/20/08 4:26 a.m. A woman leaned out the window of a home on Rembrant Lane, shouting that an intruder had been there for years and that she couldn't take it anymore.

12/20/08 1:20 p.m. A Broadway Cab was briskly passing traffic as it traveled down Bryant Road.

12/20/08 7:05 p.m. Snowmobilers on Boones Ferry Road denied knowing anything about the snowmobile tracks on the football field at Lake Oswego High School.

12/20/08 9:21 p.m. A restraining order violation was reported.

12/20/08 11:44 p.m. A drunken man was found lying in the snow and taken to his home on Tanglewood.

12/21/08 6:22 a.m. A falling 'closed' sign tripped an alarm a business on McVey Avenue.

12/21/08 7:37 a.m. A fallen tree blocked Iron Mountain Boulevard near Mulligan Lane.

12/21/08 7:45 a.m. A TriMet bus was stuck on Fourth Street.

12/21/08 8:09 a.m. Wires were down on Iron Mountain Boulevard.

12/21/08 8:43 a.m. More wires were down on Iron Mountain Boulevard.

12/21/08 9:23 a.m. A power pole snapped about 30 feet in the air on Beasley Way, taking down power lines and a tree.

12/21/08 9:52 a.m. A woman who spotted footprints leading to her back door suspected someone had been in her house overnight. This turned out to be true. The person was her daughter.

12/21/08 2:21 p.m. A snowmobile went speeding down Edens Edge Drive.

12/21/08 9:31 p.m. A woman reported being shoved by a neighbor upset about tree-breaking kids on Lower Drive.

12/21/08 10:05 p.m. Boys were making noise and cracking tree branches on Bunick Drive.

12/22/08 8:31 a.m. A power line was down on Oakridge Road, blocking the street.

12/22/08 9:05 a.m. A power line was also down on Palisades Lake Court.

12/22/08 5:01 p.m. Four juveniles were snowboarding down Boones Ferry Road.

12/22/08 5:21 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported.

12/22/08 7:10 p.m. Kids were snowboarding and throwing snowballs on Melrose Street.

12/22/08 8:56 p.m. A fallen tree blocked Iron Mountain Boulevard, taking down power lines.

12/22/08 10:59 p.m. A report of a loud party on Kerr Parkway led police to a group of snowed-bound adults and a barbecue.

12/23/08 7:28 a.m. Banging noises were reported on Sixth Street.

12/23/08 8:45 a.m. TriMet buses were stuck between Second and Third streets.

12/23/08 9:11 a.m. A car with people sleeping inside was believed to be a hazard on Lake Forest Drive but police found the car safely parked and empty.

12/23/08 10:16 a.m. A small deer was thought to be stuck in a backyard on Hillshire Drive. It was not.

12/23/08 11:12 a.m. A man needed to get medication for his wife but could not figure out how to put chains on his car to get to the store.

12/23/08 2:29 p.m. Police put chains on a car for a woman who needed to get food and medication in the snow.

12/23/08 2:56 p.m. A fallen tree blocked Waluga Drive.

12/23/08 3:52 p.m. People were falling into the bioswale drainage pits installed on West Bay Road.

12/23/08 4:19 p.m. Three high school students, believed to be armed, followed another student down Ash Street.

12/23/08 7:02 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported.

12/24/08 2:30 a.m. Two people laying in the middle of Boones Ferry Road were apparently just fooling around.

12/23/08 2:49 a.m. A man who went stumbling down Fifth Street was drunk and driven home.

12/24/08 7:47 a.m. A downed power line caused problems for a transformer on Haven Street.

12/24/08 8:31 a.m. A Jaguar was abandoned in the middle of Aspen Street after spinning out on the snow.

12/24/08 9:45 a.m. A restraining order violation was reported.

12/24/08 3:44 p.m. A moving van pulled up in front of a home on Ash Street, said a man who didn't believe his neighbors were moving.

12/24/08 4:15 p.m. A woman who failed to show up for work and didn't answer her phone was marooned in the snow without phone service.

12/24/08 4:26 p.m. A large limb on a bike path was blocking a mailbox and driveway on South Shore Boulevard.

12/24/08 12:28 a.m. A woman who didn't answer her phone was told by police to call her mother.

12/25/08 2:12 p.m. A 65-year-old man died of natural causes.

12/25/08 4:10 p.m. A person was walking down the middle of Boones Ferry Road and growling at passing cars.

12/25/08 7:43 p.m. A van parked on Ash Street, then people were seen carrying things in and out of a house.

12/25/08 8:02 p.m. A young boy, possibly drunk, went running into traffic on Boones Ferry Road.

12/25/08 2:09 a.m. Someone was looking into the windows of a home on Lords Lane. Nearby, a dark-colored van was seen at an intersection.

FRAUD

12/19/08 2:08 p.m. A man asked to speak with police regarding a fraud that occurred on Craigslist.

12/23/08 12:27 p.m. Identity theft was reported in the Lake Oswego area.

12/23/08 1:15 p.m. A man reported that his father was the victim of a fraud on Carman Drive.
