Second stabbing suspect arrested

Portland police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the Saturday stabbing of a man at an East Burnside Street MAX station.

Otha Lee Williams, 18, was arrested at approximately 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, and booked into the Multnomah County Jail on one count of third-degree assault.

Earlier in the day, Tiffany Ray, 19, was arrested and booked into the jail on third-degree assault charges.

The victim, Henry De Andre Jumping Bull, 21, suffered a stab wound to his abdomen and was transported to an area hospital where he remains in serious condition.

Police responded to reports of the stabbing at about 1 p.m. Saturday, March 26. They believe the incident was gang-related.

Anyone with information in either case is asked to call Portland police.
