Bell/Abatie

Jessica M. Bell and Cody J. Abatie of Damascus announced their engagement Sunday, March 20.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Colleen Bell of Sandy and the late Truman Bell. Jessica graduated from Sandy High School in 1998. She works for Mt. Hood Hospice and is coach of Sandy High's equestrian team.

The groom-to-be is the son of Frank and Sherrie Abatie of Harrisburg. Cody graduated from Harrisburg High School in 2005 and is a self-employed horseshoer. Cody and Jessica are active with Western Horsemen of Oregon.

The couple plans to be married Saturday, Sept. 17, in Maui, Hawaii, with close friends and family.
