ACCIDENTS

4/18/11 2:55 p.m. A 16-year-old driver failed to stop her car in time and her vehicle hit a 41-year-old woman's car.

4/22/11 8:17 a.m. A 23-year-old woman was cited for careless driving after she drove 25 feet down an embankment on Jefferson Parkway.

4/22/11 10:24 a.m. A little old lady driver almost sideswiped several vehicles on Bridgeport Road.

THEFT

4/18/11 2:37 p.m. A Ford Mustang was stolen from a location on Devon Lane.

4/18/11 5:10 p.m. A red MyTouch slide phone was swiped from a table at a location on Overlook Drive.

4/19/11 10:53 a.m. Computer monitors were stolen from a location on Centerpointe Drive. Both were 24-inch gunmetal gray Apple Cinema display monitors, and both were valued at $800.

4/20/11 3:39 p.m. A car crack-in at the country club resulted in the theft of a purse, iPod and driver's license.

4/21/11 12:27 p.m. A purse and three bracelets valued at $2,000 were taken from a location on Woodsman Court.

4/21/11 12:27 p.m. $140 were taken from a purse at a location on Oak Meadow Lane.

4/23/11 12:07 p.m. A purse and an driver's license were stolen from a vehicle on Overlook Drive.

4/24/11 12:30 p.m. A car parked at Waluga Junior High School was robbed of ID, Social Security card and cash.

4/18/11 7:55 a.m. A bicyclist and motorist exchanged angry words after the motorist nearly ran down the bicyclist near Marylhurst University.

4/18/11 10:29 a.m. A stepfather is upset with his 17-year-old stepdaughter constantly taking his car.

4/18/11 10:38 a.m. A shed being built on Lilly Bay Court appears to be a fort for kids. It contained BB guns and fishing poles.

4/18/11 12:46 p.m. A woman is receiving midnight harassment by a man who is emailing her and calling her.

4/18/11 2:22 p.m. An apprentice with a threatening voice is causing a woman worker to worry.

4/18/11 3:07 p.m. While out walking the family dog on Bryant Road, a woman was attacked and bitten by a neighbor's dog.

4/18/11 4:06 p.m. A student got off a bus and never came home. However, a search led by her mother ended up finding the missing girl at a friend's house.

4/18/11 7:49 p.m. Illegal dumping is taking place at a location on Touchstone, and a resident wants it stopped.

4/19/11 7:50 a.m. A person on Cervantes Circle is a victim of ongoing harassment.

4/19/11 9:58 a.m. A 2-year-old became locked inside a car. A Pop-A-Lock was soon enroute.

4/19/11 10:29 a.m. Two intimidating solicitors showed up at a woman's house despite a sign saying 'No Solicitation.'

4/19/11 10:48 a.m. A woman violated her restraining order by calling a man.

4/19/11 11:03 a.m. A dog on Greentree Road is constantly relieving itself in a person's yard and then walking away.

4/19/11 2:50 p.m. Strange voicemail messages are being sent to a woman by a person claiming a brain injury and prison sentence are her fault.

4/19/11 5:11 p.m. A female client at a youth facility was placed in seclusion after she transformed a spoon into a knife. The girl is suspected of menacing with a plastic shank.

4/20/11 2:03 p.m. An intruder dressed entirely in black was seen in a tree on Wax Wing Circle.

4/20/11 3:12 a.m. A motorist following cars down Kruse Way was judged to be mentally ill and was transported to an appropriate facility.

4/20/11 7:36 a.m. A window at Lake Oswego Junior High School was broken overnight, causing $200 in damage.

4/20/11 2:24 p.m. A 12-year-old assaulted another client at a youth facility and then was transported to Donald E. Long on a probation department detainer.

4/20/11 2:58 p.m. A phony grandson called from Mexico to ask a grandmother for money to get him out of a jam.

4/20/11 7:53 p.m. A wife grabbed her mother-in-law's throat in an unfriendly fashion.

4/21/11 8:03 a.m. A 13-year-old girl is not being allowed by her grandmother to attend school because she won't clean her room.

4/21/11 2:16 p.m. A man contacted the LOPD to research the possibilities of growing medical marijuana in the city.

4/21/11 2:41 p.m. A woman has been mentally abused by her ex-boyfriend over the past three or four months, texting messages such as 'I wouldn't care if you were dead.'

4/21/11 3:44 p.m. Hundreds of harassing phone calls have been received by a woman on Mercantile Drive.

4/21/11 3:45 p.m. Foam keeps appearing after hours in Lost Dog Creek on the south side of Oswego Lake. Engineers are seeking to find the source of the problem.

4/21/11 7:21 p.m. A 15-year-old daughter gave a positive drug test after spending a week's visit with her father.

4/21/11 8:26 p.m. A pair of scissors was missing after a patient self-inflicted wounds at a clinic.

4/22/11 9:03 p.m. A woman is seeking advice from police after receiving threats from her ex-boyfriend.

4/22/11 12:13 p.m. A dead crow has been lying in the middle of Country Club Road for a week.

4/22/11 7:05 p.m. A mysterious vehicle with strange markings was selling ice cream to young girls on Andrews Road.

4/22/11 8:01 p.m. A group of four teen skateboarders keeps returning to Westlake Drive, even though they have been asked to leave, and they are threatening the person who reported on them. They also have thrown their skateboards at the person's car.

4/22/11 9:17 p.m. The sound of mysterious feet was heard on the roof of Oak Creek Elementary School.

4/22/11 10:36 p.m. After a male-female argument, the male avoided official confrontation by departing on foot.

4/23/11 9:19 a.m. A toddler was temporarily missing during an Easter Egg hunt on Kruse Way, but was soon located.

4/23/11 10:47 a.m. Intervention is sought for a relative who is making suicide threats. She has previously made suicide threats and has a history of excessive use of prescription medicines and alcohol.

4/23/11 11:22 a.m. Toys are being left by kids on the streets of Aspen Court and Patton Street, thus blocking traffic.

4/23/11 12:44 p.m. A duck and ducklings were reported on Kingsgate Road, but they were shooed to safety into a yard.

4/23/11 1:42 p.m. A 17-year-old daughter drove a parent's vehicle to Hillsboro and has stayed with a friend for the past three weeks. The parent does not like this and will address this issue when the daughter finally returns.

4/23/11 3:31 p.m. A vehicle was spray painted while parked at George Rogers Park.

4/23/11 8:08 p.m. A mother and her child are staying with her sister following the arrest of her husband last night in a domestic violence incident. The husband is a weapon owner, and she fears he will come to the residence.
