It received the most votes among six houses sponsored by local business owners, who selected nonprofits to receive donations from those who visited the festive new homes. Second place went to the Forest Grove High School Grad Night House, with $318.66 in donations. The Family Resource Center house, with $149.07 in donations, placed third.

In addition to the donations from those who visited the homes, those three non-profits will split a $6,000 contribution from Summerfield.

The Leukemia Foundation house earned $43.46, the Doernbecher Hospital house $31.50 and the Forest Grove Education Foundation house $10.18.
