Next: Something's got to give Saturday. The LumberJax, off to a surprising 0-3 start, play at Edmonton (0-3) at 6:30 p.m.

• Colorado scored a late goal to tie the score, and then Jamie Wulder's overtime marker beat the Jax 12-11 last week at the Rose Garden. Two nights later, at Calgary, the LumberJax mustered little offense in a 13-6 loss.

• A shakeup in goal has begun, as Matt King started and played against Colorado and started and shared time (because of his injury) against Calgary with Dallas Eliuk, the National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame goalie.

• The Jax have the NLL's best power play (13 of 20, 65 percent) and the second worst penalty kill (13 of 23, 43.5 percent).

Edmonton has two of the worst special teams units in the league.
