Classes in Forest Grove and Gaston districts to start two hours late; Banks busses on limited routes
For the second consecutive morning residents of Western Washington County awoke to a blanket of snow Tuesday, promising challenges for commuters and school officials alike.
The Forest Grove School district announced that it had canceled morning kindergarten, delayed the start of the school day by two hours and put buses on snow routes. Gaston schools also will start two hours late. In Banks, meanwhile, buses will be on limited runs.
