The Rangers haven't lost a wrestling dual match at home in seven seasons and they'll try to continue that streak on Thursday when they host the Cascade Cougars in a dual for the Capital Conference championship at 7 p.m.

The two teams shared the title last year, with Estacada winning the regular season and Cascade winning the Capital Conference District Tournament.

Estacada beat Molalla with fall points. The Indians won more matches, 8-6, than the Rangers, but Estacada's wrestlers picked up the pins when they could.

Heavyweight Kyle Allen pinned Arynn Leighton in :38. Garret Heinetz (103) beat Nick Oden by fall in 1:32. Jackson Hicks pinned Chris Jacober in 3:26. Nathan Teel and Cody Anders each nearly picked up technical falls (worth five points versus a fall's six) against Shawn Miller and Cody Taylor, before turning their opponents on their backs for the pin.

Craig Morgan won the Rangers' sixth match by decision, 5-3, over Danny Taylor.

The Rangers won 33-31.
