1/26/08 11:34 p.m. Stephen Michael Porter, 47, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Kerr Parkway.
1/28/08 12:06 p.m. A Nikon digital camera was stolen on Monroe Parkway. Its value was $250.
1/24/08 11:42 a.m. Two vehicles were involved in a non-injury accident at Bryant and Childs roads. One driver was cited for failure to obey a stop sign, and the other driver was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
1/25/08 12:20 p.m. A non-injury accident occurred on Boones Ferry Road and Kerr Parkway. One driver was cited for failure to avoid a stopped vehicle.
1/24/08 8 a.m. A dog had been barking for at least an hour on Spruce Street, according to a caller. Unfortunately, when police arrived there was no barking.
1/24/08 4:01 p.m. A neighbor removed a protective cover from a caller's rose bushes on Fifth Street. An officer contacted the neighbor and gave him some options.
1/24/08 4:34 p.m. Water was coming out of a vacant house that was being remodeled on Wembley Park Road. Police could not find the owner. The city's Maintenance Department turned the water off at the street.
1/24/08 4:43 p.m. A woman said someone showed up at her work place and was following her around. The person was seen in a blue Ford pick-up with a blue canopy. The caller thought the person might have been her ex-boyfriend.
1/24/08 5:32 p.m. At Rivergrove Elementary, a girl's cell phone was stolen while she was at school. An officer was able to find the person with the phone.
1/24/08 6:13 p.m. A person called police to say she was receiving suspicious calls from a person asking for bank account information.
1/24/08 6:41 p.m. After arriving at her home on Maple Street, a woman said she thought she heard footsteps at the home's back gate. An officer found no signs of forced entry.
1/24/08 8:26 p.m. A caller asked that police check on a friend who had been depressed and did not show up for dinner. Officers checked on him and he was fine.
1/24/08 11:13 a.m. Near Pine Valley Road, a dog was stuck in a ravine. Police responded and rescued the dog.
1/24/08 12:30 p.m. A caller requested that police check on a friend who hadn't returned calls for a month and his voice mail was full. An officer checked, and everything was OK at the house, but no one was home.
1/24/08 12:33 p.m. A person violated the contract of a timeshare, according to a caller.
1/24/08 1:24 p.m. Police discovered a five-gallon spill of hydraulic fluid on Belmore Avenue. The city's Maintenance Department was contacted and crews cleaned up the mess.
1/24/08 1:51 p.m. A woman called to say her roommate was delirious and possibly needed medical help.
1/24/08 3:25 p.m. Wires and an electrical box were found on Kerr Parkway, according to a caller. Police checked the area and couldn't find the box.
1/24/08 3:39 p.m. A caller said his neighbor's canoe has been in the right-of-way for several months. Police determined there were no violations.
1/24/08 4:11 p.m. At Millennium Plaza Park, three juvenile skateboarders were making a video.
1/24/08 5:53 p.m. A female said her father took her computer and told her he had turned it in to the police department.
1/24/08 7:45 p.m. A man was at a person's door on Streamside Drive, saying he was from Comcast. Police called Comcast officials who said that they didn't have a representative in the area.
1/25/08 8:56 a.m. At an unattended construction site on Enna Road, a lot of construction materials, such as glass, metal and other debris, had been untouched for several months, a caller said.
1/25/08 11:19 a.m. A vehicle on Alyssa was cited for parking the wrong way.
1/25/08 11:32 a.m. A subcontractor came to a man's office on Lakeview Boulevard and threatened the man.
1/25/08 1:06 p.m. A man complained he was being harassed all day on the phone about a money issue.
1/25/08 3:34 p.m. An incomplete 9-1-1 call came from a small apartment on the west side of the Church of Christ. It was a small child playing with the phone.
1/25/08 3:43 p.m. An officer was needed when a woman said her son was using drugs and texting on his phone.
1/25/08 4:26 p.m. A 7 year old and a 9 year old were left alone at their home. The mother was called and asked to come home.
1/25/08 5:02 p.m. A tree was down on Edenberry Drive and partially blocking the path. A saw was needed to remove the tree.
1/25/08 9:11 p.m. A woman was seen carrying a white bucket and checking mail boxes in the area of Da Vinci Road. The woman kicked the car owned by the person who called police. No damage was done to the car.
1/25/08 9:25 p.m. A caller reported his daughter had run away.
1/26/08 2:57 a.m. A man and woman were fighting. The man, who was apparently drunk, fell and hit his head.
1/26/08 7:06 p.m. A couple was walking along Peacock Place and thought they heard breathing coming from nearby hedges. In addition, a dog was barking at them.
1/26/08 9:12 a.m. There was a person with a Stanley Steamer who was dumping a white water substance in the street on Orchard Springs Road. It was unknown if the substance was toxic.
1/26/08 9:28 a.m. Vehicles were seen speeding through the area of Harvey Way near Quarry Road.
1/26/08 9:47 a.m. There was a report of ice on the street near Vale Court.
1/26/08 10:44 p.m. A woman driver almost hit another person in the crosswalk at First Street and A Avenue.
1/27/08 9:47 a.m. Ice was seen on Vale Court and Westview was slushy.
1/27/08 10:25 a.m. There were two young children sitting in the rain, not dressed properly for the weather. An officer contacted them and took them back home. They were reportedly afraid to go home to their 13-year-old brother.
1/28/08 9:17 a.m. A person reported hearing voices in the crawl space of a building on Greenridge Drive.
1/28/08 11:14 a.m. A hit-and- run accident occurred on Westminster Drive. A 2007 Lexus suffered damage to the left rear fender.
1/28/08 12:06 p.m. A person called police to request a check on an elderly woman who said she had fallen and was not feeling well. Police found that the elderly woman was fine and had gone to the doctor.
1/28/08 2:09 p.m. The right front tire of a car on Wembley Park Road was slashed. Its value was $200.
1/28/08 2:17 p.m. A person called police to complain that she was receiving harassing calls, in which the caller kept hanging up. Police notified the caller and warned him not to call again.
1/28/08 2:47 p.m. Police received a report of graffiti on school property on McEwan Road.
1/28/08 2:57 p.m. An officer issued a warning to an elderly driver who was using someone else's handicapped parking placard.
1/28/08 3:48 p.m. There was a group of seven juveniles skateboarding and boxing in an underground area off North State Street. They appeared to be playing, the caller said.
1/28/08 3:58 In an apparent suicide attempt, a 23 year old took eight sleeping pills and was drinking alcohol, according to a parent. He was taken to a local hospital.
1/25/08 10:05 p.m. At Hanko's on Monroe Parkway, a person left without paying. The person provided a debit card that did not have enough money to cover the $180 bill.
1/28/08 12:38 p.m. The Lake Oswego Soccer Club was advised by a bank that two of the club's checks had been altered and used fraudulently in San Diego.
