10:29 a.m. - Patrick Lee Halliday, 27, was registered as a sex offender.

1:42 p.m. - Police found that several rail crossings in the city had malfunctioning arms. The railroad crews were working on it.

2 p.m. - Ethen Andrew Curtis, 30, registered as a sex offender.

3:13 p.m. - A caller at Clackamas Christian along the 13300 block of SE King Road reported that someone broke into her 2004 Mercedes within the past five minutes and stole a purse. Extra patrols were requested.

3:54 p.m. - Jack Lee Bowen, 32, was registered as a sex offender.

11:24 p.m. - A caller reported that his roommate's car was damaged while parked along the 4500 block of SE Brookside Drive.

Saturday, March 15

9:35 a.m. - A caller reported an iPod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked along the 6900 block of Plum Drive.

10:11 a.m. - A caller reported that his jet ski was stolen four years ago and it is now listed on Craigslist.org.

7:21 p.m. - James Edward Davis, 50, was arrested and lodged at Clackamas County Jail for violating a restraining order after following the subject of the order home from her job in Portland.

9:59 p.m. - A caller reported that the railroad arms were down at SE 21st Avenue and SE Adams Street. The railroad company sent someone.

Sunday, March 16

3:14 a.m. - A caller reported that approximately 13 windows were shot out at Rowe Middle School with a pellet gun.

10:42 a.m. - A caller reported that his green, 1998 Honda Civic was stolen from a parking lot along the 12400 block of SE Linwood Avenue overnight.

1:01 p.m. - A caller reported that a large white male was chasing a white female down the street near SE 55th Avenue and SE King Road. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

Monday, March 17

6:55 a.m. - The railroad crossing arms came down while no trains were coming at several Milwaukie railroad crossings. One of the arms at Harrison Street came down on a school bus, breaking the arm. Police put out flares at the location until railroad crews could arrive.

7 a.m. - A semi truck hit a utility pole and broke it in half at SE 34th Avenue and SE King Road. Part of the pole was being held in the air by power lines. PGE was contacted.

8:29 a.m. - A caller from Campbell Elementary School reported that a glass door was hit by a rock and shattered sometime overnight.

11:41 a.m. - David W. Rindflesch, 41, was registered as a sex offender.

Tuesday, March 18

1:36 a.m. - A caller along the 10900 block of SE Main Street requested help getting her drunk friend to leave with her rather than with the male she met at a bar. The caller said the subject was very intoxicated and she was concerned for her safety. Both subjects were given a ride home.

7:19 a.m. - The crossing arms at the railroad crossing at SE 37th and Railroad Avenue were stuck in the down position. The railroad company was notified twice.

11:31 a.m. - A caller reported that her trunk lock was popped and there was a large dent in her vehicle, which was parked along the 4500 block of SE Brookside Drive.

12:57 p.m. - Larry Emanuel Finster, 41, was registered as a sex offender.

2:08 p.m. - A caller along the 10200 block of SE 32nd Avenue reported that her Cannon Power Shot camera was stolen.
