Thursday

March 20

3:51 a.m. - Police received a complaint about an ongoing problem with loud music and voices at North Main Village along the 10500 block of SE Main Street.

2:06 p.m. - A caller requested extra patrols along Drake Street between 40th and 43rd avenues because of a chronic problem with cars speeding.

Friday

March 21

11:12 a.m. - A caller reported that an older, white Volkswagon Bug has been parked at SE 46th Avenue and SE Howe Street for the past two months without moving. Code enforcement tagged the vehicle.

12:20 p.m. - A caller reported that someone took three snowboards from a locked garage along the 1600 block of SE Lava Drive sometime during the past few days.

5:13 p.m. - An officer located a jet ski that a caller had reported was stolen, and later showed up on Craig's List. The officer had the jet ski towed back to the caller's home on SE 39th Court.

11:28 p.m. - A caller complained that neighbors were being loud and partying along the 10100 block of SE Waverly Court. Officers found the resident had twins and both were sick. There was no party.

Saturday

March 22

2:30 a.m. - Melody Kay Wheeler 22, was arrested and lodged at Clackamas County Jail on an assault charge after a domestic disturbance call at Plaid Pantry along the 10500 block of SE 32nd Avenue.

8:48 a.m. - A caller reported that a large German Sheppard was hit by a red Toyota 4Runner near SE 43rd Avenue and SE Howe Street. The dog appeared to be severly injured. The officer transported the dog to Dove Lewis animal hospital.

3:40 p.m. - A caller reported that a brown dog has been chasing several people at SE 40th Avenue and SE Roswell Street. An officer advised the dog's owner, who took the dog inside.

11:43 p.m. - A caller reported that a drunk subject crashed into a door and was trying to get into the wrong apartment at an apartment building along the 10300 block of SE Waverly Court. A neighbor volunteered to take responsibility for the drunk subject.

March 23

6:51 a.m. - A caller requested extra patrols along the 5600 block of SE Harlow Street after someone entered his Chevy Tahoe via an unlocked door and took a baseball bat and first-aid kit.

10:09 a.m. - A caller reported that someone broke a chain to move picnic tables and sprayed graffiti all over the park along the 3600 block of SE Roswell Street.

10:23 a.m. - A caller requested extra patrols along the 5300 block of SE Park Street after his neighbor chased kids out of his car in the morning.

Monday

March 24

8:37 a.m. - A caller along the 5300 block of SE Park Street reported that someone stole a credit card receipt from his car, and now an $800 unauthorized charge has appeared on his credit card.

9:15 a.m. - A caller reported that her purse was stolen from the Meadows Tavern along the 5800 block of SE Johnson Creek Boulevard around 1 a.m., and her credit card was already used to make unauthorized transactions.

12:40 p.m. - Ollen James Kelly, 38, was registered as a sex offender.

1:19 p.m. - Shawn Michael Miller, 32, was registered as a sex offender.

1:20 p.m. - Daniel Christian Jenkins, 36, was registered as a sex offender.

1:47 p.m. - Robert Charles Gardner, 25, was registered as a sex offender.

4:12 p.m. - A caller reported that a rock was thrown through his sliding glass door along the 9400 block of SE Regents Drive between 2 and 3 p.m.

4:38 p.m. - A caller at Milwaukie High School reported that her Blackberry cell phone was stolen on March 18. It is valued at $300.

March 25

11:13 a.m. - A caller along the 4400 block of SE Logus Road reported that her Honda Element was spray-painted overnight.

11:14 a.m. - A caller reported that The Oregonian keeps delivering the Food Day section to her front porch along the 1500 block of SE Lave Drive even thgouh she has asked them to stop. An officer advised her of her options.

2:47 p.m. - A caller requested extra patrols along the 4000 block of SE Lake Road after vandals spray-painted the gate and keypad of the Immovable Foundation Church.

March 26

3:34 a.m. - A caller reported that a dog along the 4700 block of SE Rhodesa Street was howling for over a year. An officer contacted the dog's owner, who brought it inside.

4:17 p.m. - A caller requested extra patrols around the Chestnut Apartments after finding syringes outside of the building, located along the 12100 block of SE 31st Place.

4:44 a.m. - A caller reported suspicious circumstances along the 700 block of Main Street.

9:26 a.m. - Police assisted the fire department on a call along the 500 block of Willamette Street.

12:36 p.m. - A caller reported a theft along the 500 block of A Street.
