Police recently filed reports on the following incidents:

ARRESTS

· 3/20, 12:58 p.m.; Andrey Wright, 21, 19854 View Drive, arrested in the 19000 block of Willamette Drive for theft in the first degree. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $15,000 bail.

· 3/21, 11:12 p.m.; A juvenile was arrested near Horton Road and Santa Anita Drive for minor in possession of alcohol. He was lodged in the juvenile reception center.

· 3/22, 4:10 a.m.; A juvenile was arrested and later determined to be a runaway from Oregon City. The youth was initially charged with possession of less than an ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana - and minor in possession of alcohol. He was lodged in the juvenile reception center.

· 3/22, 11:27 p.m.; William L. Scalf, 31, Wilsonville, arrested on southbound I-205 at the old rest area for possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine - and possession of a controlled substance. He also was cited for driving while suspended and for not having liability insurance. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $30,000 bail.

· 3/24, 4:21 p.m.; Michael P. Palmer, 34, Springfield, arrested in the 21000 block of Willamette Drive for driving while suspended - misdemeanor and for not having liability insurance. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.

· 3/24, 5:03 p.m.; Robert L. Frink, 54, Portland, arrested for theft of services after leaving a business in the 2100 block of Eighth Court and racing south on I-205 toward I-5. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $3,500 bail.

· 3/25, 3:02 p.m.; Donovan E. Fairley, 35, Beaverton, arrested on northbound I-205 near 10th Street for driving while suspended - misdemeanor. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.

WARRANT ARRESTS

· 3/19, 12:20 p.m.; Anna M. Stewart, 39, 1700 Blankenship Road No. I-1: arrested at home on Clark County, Wash., warrants for possession of amphetamine, jumping bail and forgery. She was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

· 3/19, 9:34 p.m.; Christina M. Bower, 22, 1494 Burns St.: arrested near her home on a Multnomah County warrant for theft. She was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

· 3/23, 2:15 a.m.; David C. Knoth, 52, Lake Oswego: arrested in the 19000 block of Willamette Drive on Clackamas County warrants for failure to appear for possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of failure to appear for contempt of court and a probation violation for failure to appear for harassment. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

· 3/24, 1:39 a.m.; Douglas K. Shaw, 54, 22820 Willamette Drive No. 5: arrested near his home on a Clackamas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $10,000 bail.

· 3/25, 4:53 p.m.; Wilson E. Smith, 44, Camas, Wash.: arrested near Greene Street and Salamo Road on 10 Multnomah County warrants for failure to appear for a variety of charges such as driving while suspended, having an invalid license, driving while intoxicated and hit and run. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $39,000 bail.

· 3/21, 12:39 a.m.; Kurt E. Ellingson, 50, 1244 Willamette Falls Drive: arrested on northbound I-205 near Hwy. 99E on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He also was charged with resisting arrest and harassment. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail where he was cited and released.

· 3/23, 4:22 a.m.; Mikhail Z. Bandorovskiy, 24, Portland: arrested near Dollar Street and Willamette Falls Drive on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail where he was cited and released.

TICKET BUT NO JAIL

· 3/20, 12:09 a.m.; Robert L. Bird, 45, Oregon City, was cited and released in the 19000 block of Willamette Drive for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

· 3/20, 12:09 a.m.; Ben A. Houk, 23, 18420 Rose Court, was cited and released in the 19000 block of Willamette Drive for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

· 3/20, 12:09 a.m.; A juvenile was cited and released in the 19000 block of Willamette Drive for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

BURGLARY

· 3/23, 2:29 a.m.; A woman living in the 2100 block of Nolan Lane called 9-1-1 because she thought someone was trying to break into her home. She said she heard a crashing sound near her back door. Police arrived four minutes later, and found that all was OK around her home.

THIEVES IN ACTION

· 3/19, 1:54 p.m.; A man living in the 20000 block of Hoodview Avenue reported the unauthorized use of his credit/debit card in Tigard to the tune of $3,200.

· 3/24, 6:28 p.m.; A man who used to live in the 3400 block of Ponderosa Loop reported that his antique guns were stolen during his move to Arizona. An investigation continues.

· 3/24, 6:36 p.m.; An Oregon City woman who works in the 18000 block of Willamette Drive reported that one license plate had been stolen during the day.

· 3/25, 2:03 p.m.; A woman living in the 1900 block of Hall Street asked to speak with an officer regarding a possible identity theft of about $600.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

· 3/21, 12:56 p.m.; An employee of Rosemont Ridge Middle School reported graffiti that had occurred overnight. Although it wasn't gang-related, the employee asked for extra patrols.

· 3/24, 3:40 a.m.; A man living in the 3400 block of Cascade Terrace reported that someone rang his doorbell, but when he went outside there was no one there. That's when he discovered that someone had spray-painted an obscene picture on his garage door.

· 3/24, 8:57 a.m.; A man living in the 1300 block of Tamarisk Drive reported that someone with a four-wheel-drive vehicle was stuck in the mud in the nearby woodlands. Police discovered that the vehicle had 'torn up the woodland area.' An officer made contact with the vehicle's owner and attempted to contact the property owner. The investigation continues.

JUVENILES

· 3/19, 2:58 p.m.; A woman living near Roxbury Road and Wild Rose Drive reported two juveniles riding skateboards down the middle of the road, but at that time police were busy with higher-priority incidents and when they arrived were unable to locate the youths.

· 3/19, 5:53 p.m.; A man living near Tanner Creek Park told police that three juveniles were skateboarding on the park's tables. An officer located the youths, who were not on the tables. The officer advised the youths of the complaint.

· 3/25, 8:52 p.m.; An anonymous caller told police that several juveniles were throwing fireworks on the ground near cars, but officers were unable to locate any youths in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

THEY'RE ALL ANIMALS

· 3/22, 11:24 a.m.; A woman living in the 19000 block of Hidden Springs Road reported an ongoing problem with a barking dog near her apartment. Police couldn't find the dog's owner, but promised to follow-up later.

· 3/24, 2:31 p.m.; A man living in the 25000 block of Cheryl Drive reported that he was just bitten by a dog near his home. Police contacted the dog's owner, who received a citation for owning a vicious dog and allowing a dog to run at-large. The dog was impounded for tests.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

· 3/19, 8:24 a.m.; A resident of the 4100 block of Calaroga Drive reported that a man who walks by the home smoking at about 10 p.m. every night throws cigarette butts on the properties of two neighbors. Police told the neighbor to call at the time the man is in the area.

· 3/19, 12:48 p.m.; A woman living in the 20000 block of Noble Lane reported harassing telephone calls and e-mails from a former employer regarding a 'bad business deal.'

· 3/19, 2:48 p.m.; A woman living in the 6500 block of Palomino Way told police that she was afraid to go home because of a history of abuse by her 43-year-old female neighbor and a 34-year-old male friend, who she said 'appear to be drinking.' Police discussed the situation with the neighbors and wrote a special report.

· 3/19, 9:09 p.m.; Another woman living in the 6500 block of Palomino Way told police that she had put her garbage cans out for pickup in the morning, and when she came home found the empty cans in her backyard. The woman said that she thinks her neighbor did this and trespassed through her gate to put the cans away. She said it has happened before, and wants a report written. Police didn't believe a crime had been committed.

· 3/22, 8:08 p.m.; A man living in the 3200 block of Journeay Court reported that a man was driving by his house very slowly. Police couldn't find the man who had been reported driving by, but gave the homeowner advice.

· 3/25, 7:30 p.m.; A solicitor called police when he found an open door to a residence in the 3400 block of Riverknoll Way. Police could find no one nearby and no evidence of any crime, so the door was closed and locked.
