Police recently filed reports on the following incidents:

ARRESTS

· 4/4, 12:31 p.m.; A West Linn High School student was taken into custody at school. He was charged with theft and possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

The youth was lodged in the Clackamas County Juvenile Reception Center.

· 4/6, 4:44 p.m.; Russell L. Perry, 48, 1791 Blankenship

Road: arrested on southbound I-205 near the rest area and charged with driving while suspended - misdemeanor.

He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.

· 4/6, 5:04 p.m.; Two juveniles were taken into custody on charges of theft in the 1800 block of Blankenship Road.

· 4/7, 2:05 a.m.; Brian D.K. Wagner, 33, Eugene: arrested in the 2100 block of Eighth Court and charged with possession of heroin.

He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $25,000 bail.

WARRANT ARRESTS

· 4/7, 2:05 a.m.; Daniel Balachi, 33, Eugene: arrested in the 2100 block of Eighth Court on a Lane County warrant for a parole violation for possession and delivery of heroin.

He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

· 4/8, 6:22 a.m.; Kevin A. Donahue, 32, 1541 11th Street: arrested at home on a Clackamas County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance.

He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $10,000 bail.

· 4/9, 1:07 a.m.; Todd M. Brewster, 42, Sandy: arrested near Dollar Street and Willamette Falls Drive on a Washington County warrant for a probation violation for felony theft.

He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $5,000 bail.

OF INTOXICANTS

· 4/6, 2:28 a.m.; Joshua L. Ladick, 31, Happy Valley: arrested on northbound I-205 near Hwy. 213 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail where he was cited and released.

TICKET BUT NO JAIL

· 4/4, 10:35 p.m.; Daniel M. Wagner, 29, Clackamas, was cited and released on northbound I-205 near Hwy. 99E for failing to register as a sex offender.

His vehicle also was impounded for driving while suspended.

· 4/5, 1:44 a.m.; Austin B. Waxenfelter, 20, Estacada, was cited and released on northbound I-205 near 10th Street for minor in possession of alcohol.

His vehicle also was impounded for driving while suspended.

· 4/6, 7:49 p.m.; Patrick O. Johnson, 21, Laramie, Wyo., was cited and released near Mill Street and Willamette Drive for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance and for not having a valid driver's license. His vehicle was impounded.

· 4/7, 12:34 a.m.; Lamon Hayes Jr., 18, Portland, was cited and released on northbound I-205 near the viewpoint for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

· 4/8, 9:56 p.m.; Brian S. Lee, 28, 19500 Hidden Springs Road No. 34, was cited and released at home for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

· 4/9, 12:57 p.m.; Lelehnia P. Dubois, 37, Willow Creek, Calif., was cited and released on northbound I-205 near the viewpoint for possession of less than one ounce of a controlled substance - marijuana.

BURGLARY

· 4/8, 6:59 p.m.; A woman living in an apartment in the 19000 block of Hidden Springs Road reported arriving at her apartment and finding a dog in the bathroom.

She told police that no one should be in the apartment. Among items reported missing was an Oregon driver's license.

THIEVES IN ACTION

· 4/8, 8:20 a.m.; A woman living in the 2400 block of Mustang Court reported her vehicle's window was broken out overnight, and missing was a backpack, headphones and a calculator.

· 4/8, 8:48 a.m.; A woman living in the 4600 block of Bittner Street reported that her vehicle's alarm sounded when its windows were broken, but the would-be thief ran away and didn't take anything.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

· 4/6, 11:54 a.m.; A man living in the 2300 block of Michael Drive reported that during the night someone spread dog feces all over his porch and started a fire.

THEY'RE ALL ANIMALS

· 4/2, 7:28 a.m.; A man living in the 2800 block of Rawhide Court reported that he caught a dog in the act of attacking his chickens. Police returned the dog to its home in the 2900 block of Bluegrass Way, and the man reinforced his chicken enclosure.

· 4/2, 5:16 p.m.; A woman living in the 1700 block of Buse Street reported that a neighbor's dog was fertilizing her garden without her permission.

She asked police for advice on products that would turn the dog away.

· 4/4, 5:16 p.m.; An anonymous caller reported that an ongoing problem in Maddax Woods is that nine out of 10 people walking dogs in the park have them off-leash.

· 4/5, 1:39 p.m.; A man living in the 1200 block of 11th Street reported that a large dog was running loose and chasing chickens.

The dog was located, taken into custody, charged with a criminal act and lodged in the county animal shelter.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

· 4/2, 7:47 p.m.; A passerby called police on a cell phone to report that someone had just tripped and fallen into a ditch.

Police located the 46-year-old man and transported him to the Hooper detox facility.

· 4/4, 3:07 a.m.; A girl at home alone called police in the early morning hours to report someone knocking on the front door.

Police determined that the door-knocker was the girl's mother, who had come home earlier than expected and had locked herself out.

· 4/7, 10:43 p.m.; A woman who was nearby when two people were arrested April 6 reported to police that the men who were arrested returned the next night and made threats to her, saying that 'what comes around goes around.'
