TTYFA coaching applications accepted
TUALATIN - Tualatin Youth Football applications for head coaches are due by May 15.
You can apply for a coaching position while registering your children. The on-line registration can be found at www.tualatinyouthfootball.org.
Tualatin Youth Football taking registrations
TUALATIN - Tualatin Youth Football will be taking registrations for the 2008 season on its website, www.tualatinyouthfootball.org.
The online registration runs through June 30.
If a waiting list is required, priority is determined by registration date. All registrations completed after May 15 will automatically be wait-listed.
Sherwood Youth Football sets registration
Registration for the 2008 Sherwood Youth Football season will run through June 30.

Friar Trot run/walk scheduled for Sherwood
SHERWOOD - St. Francis School in Sherwood is hosting the third annual Friar Trot 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, May 17.
The 5K begins at 8 a.m. and the 1 Mile begins at 9:30 a.m. The festivities will also include a Jog-A-Thon on Friday, May 16, which will involve the entire St. Francis student body.
All of the net proceeds will go to help raise funds to build a gymnasium for our school. This gym will serve not on ly our school but also the greater Sherwood community.
Registration options include, online at www.thefriartrot.com, by mail (download entry form from the website), in person at Road Runner Sports at 7063 S.W. Nyberg Road in Tualaitn, on on-site the day of the event.
The 5K starts on the St. Francis campus, 15643 SW Oregon Street, and winds through the beautiful Sherwood community. This fun, family friendly, community event will include coffee and refreshments as well as a raffle. Strollers are welcome.
Parking is available at the small white church on Oregon Street across from the Sherwood Fire Station. Everyone is welcome to participate. For more information about the Friar Trot, please go to www.thefriartrot.com.
