8:51 a.m. - A caller along the 3500 block of SE Olsen Street reported that her window was shot out overnight.

8:55 a.m. - A caller reported that someone smashed her car window and stole a camera and miscellaneous items sometime overnight while the vehicle was parked along the 4000 block of SE Lake Road.

12:34 p.m. - A caller told police that someone used her debit card to make purchases after she ate at McGrath's on the 11000 block of SE Oak Street on April 7. Police are investigating the case.

1:51 p.m. - Larry Glen McAlpine, 59, was registered as a sex offender.

10:23 p.m. - A caller reported that a pit bull was running around the neighborhood near the intersection of SE 26th Avenue and the Highway 224 overpass. The caller thought the dog was trying to indicate that something was wrong. An officer was unable to catch the dog, but checked the area, and said nothing appeared to be wrong.

12:12 p.m. - A caller filed complained of loud machinery being used to wax the floors at the Sunny Corner Market along the 5000 block of SE Monroe Street. An officers contacted a cleaning crew that said they'd keep the machines off.

4:05 p.m. - Louis William Wagner, 50, was registered as a sex offender.

April 19

11:04 a.m. - A caller reported that a soda machine along the 12500 block of SE River Road was damaged, and money was missing.

7:45 p.m. - A caller reported that items were taken from her car within the past 40 minutes while it was parked along the 6900 block of SE Plum Drive.

7:49 p.m. - A caller reported a residential burglary along the 4400 block of SE Mason Hill Drive that occurred within the past five to six hours.

11:05 p.m. - A caller reported a chronic problem with barking dogs along the 4700 block of SE Rhodesa Street. Officers went to the residence with the dogs, but no one was home.

11:07 p.m. - An officer advised residents at a location along the 9300 block of SE Winsor Drive of the chronic nuisance ordinance after a caller alerted police of an ongoing problem with noise there.

3:15 a.m. - A caller reported a loud party at North Main Apartments along the 10500 block of SE Main Street. Police advised residents to keep it down.

2:42 p.m. - A caller reported that she found a broken window at Milwaukie Elementary School. Officers found that items were taken and the classroom was torn apart.

11:19 p.m. - A caller reported that her home was broken into around 4 a.m. in the morning. Someone broke through the front door and took clothing.

11:23 p.m. - A caller along the 3000 block of SE Sellwood Street reported that a suspicious vehicle pulled up to the block then pulled down the street when the driver noticed it was being watched. It has been there twice this week. The vehicle is described as a red Chrysler Concord with an unknown plate. It turned right on 30th.

10:05 a.m. - Sidney Earl Jackson, 59, went to the police station to register as a sex offender. He was the subject of a Multnomah County warrant for DUII. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

11:10 a.m. - A caller along the 1900 block of SE Milport Road told police he found a bag of spray paint cans stashed under some bushes in the area.

12:39 p.m. - A caller reported finding gang graffiti in the bathroom at Milwaukie High School. A report was taken, and a juvenile student was suspended.

April 22

7:23 a.m. - A caller reported that the side of a building along the 8500 block of SE McLoughlin was tagged. There was also additional damage to the building.

2:11 p.m. - Someone took two credit cards from a locker at Bally's Total Fitness on the 4300 block of SE International Way. Unauthorized charges were made to the accounts.

12:50 p.m. - Travis Jay Stewart, 25, was registered as a sex offender.

12:54 p.m. - Police were requested in the evening to deal with a speeding vehicle that passes through the area of SE 71st Avenue and SE Plum Drive almost every day.
