6/9/08 4:28 p.m. Matthew David Moffenbeier, 25, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended and without insurance.

6/12/08 12:33 p.m. A 16-year-old was cited and released for assault after a hazing incident involving the paddling of junior high students.

6/12/08 3:02 p.m. Sebastian Gonzalez, 20, was arrested on charges of forgery, identity theft and failure to carry and present a license. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

6/13/08 12:11 p.m. Miguel R. Ramos, 36, was arrested on a charge of attempting to use a counterfeit $100 bill. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for forgery, possession of a forged instrument and interfering with police.

6/14/08 5:31 p.m. Deborah T. Kern, 53, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.

6/15/08 9:04 p.m. Christopher Patrick McMahon, 32, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear on a charge of harassment. He was lodged at Multnomah County Jail.

6/15/08 12:03 a.m. Craig Somers, 56, was cited and released on a charge of interfering with the filing of a police report.

6/15/08 12:03 a.m. Patricia Somers, 44, was arrested on a charge of assault and lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

6/9/08 10:09 a.m. A hedger, lawn mower, two chain saws, weed eater, blower, pressure washer and two sprayers were stolen from an unlocked shed on Laurel Street. Their value was estimated at $2,400.

6/11/08 6:18 a.m. Someone broke into a building on Foothills Road by cutting the lock to a gate. Old slot car sets, valued at $5,000, were apparently taken.

6/13/08 11:14 a.m. A large amount of jewelry was stolen from a house just prior to an estate sale.

6/9/08 10:12 p.m. Kristin Ann Bittner, 35, was cited and released on suspicion of DUII on Briarwood Road. She was taken to a hospital.

6/12/08 9:20 a.m. A driver whose vehicle hit a SUV, then drove off on Kerr Parkway, was located in Portland after hitting a fire hydrant. No one was injured and police suspected a medical condition caused both crashes.

6/12/08 11:27 a.m. No one was hurt when a car struck a pedestrian on Country Club Road at Knaus Road.

6/12/08 8:50 p.m. Injuries were unknown in a single-car crash on Westview Court.

6/13/08 8:10 a.m. There were injuries when a Qwest vehicle collided with a TriMet bus.

6/9/08 7:53 a.m. Someone broke the window on a black Acura on Knaus Road, then didn't steal anything.

6/9/08 11:25 a.m. A diamond wedding ring was reported stolen from Kelok Road.

6/9/08 12:08 p.m. Six copper grounding plates, worth $200 each, were stolen from a cell phone tower on Lakeview Boulevard.

6/9/08 3:42 p.m. Copper plates were also stolen from a Lakeview Boulevard address.

6/9/08 4:01 p.m. A computer was taken from a business on Meadows Road.

6/10/08 6:24 p.m. A package of motorcycle pegs, valued at $4,160, did not arrive after being mailed.

6/13/08 1:05 p.m. A bike was taken from Centerpointe Drive.

6/14/08 12:29 p.m. A John McCain sign was stolen from Country Commons.

6/14/08 1:41 p.m. Clothes and a bag, valued at $40, were taken from a car on Second Street.

6/15/08 11:15 a.m. One neighbor dumped garbage in another's trash bin, also on Second Street.

6/9/08 12:25 p.m. Police helped herd deer out of the road on McVey Avenue.

6/9/08 1:04 p.m. A deer ran in front of the Lakewood Center.

6/9/08 1:15 p.m. Pillars were struck by a delivery truck on Greenbrier Road.

6/9/08 1:29 p.m. Someone photographed visitors of the Goodin Easement.

6/9/08 2:22 p.m. An injured bird landed in a yard on Edgecliff Terrace.

6/9/08 2:50 p.m. Feral kittens were suspected of hiding beneath a house on Lake Forest Drive.

6/9/08 3:00 p.m. Two kids threw eggs at a Jean Road building.

6/9/08 6:03 p.m. A transformer blew up on Evergreen Road.

6/9/08 7:18 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported.

6/9/08 7:35 p.m. A tri-colored beagle named 'Barkely' went missing on Bass Lane. He returned after about 15 minutes.

6/9/08 8:47 p.m. A tree branch was spotted in the road on Edgecliff Terrace.

6/9/08 11:42 p.m. Two teens were wearing dark clothing on Tenth Street. One was carrying a big stick.

6/9/08 11:56 p.m. An open garage door was reported on B Avenue.

6/10/08 3:33 a.m. A woman suspected of peering into mailboxes was just delivering The Oregonian.

6/10/08 8:06 a.m. A man was sending letters and e-mails and 'ranting' on the phone to a local woman.

6/10/08 8:08 a.m. A driver did not actually see a gun during a road rage incident, but the other driver muttered 'I can kill you.'

6/10/08 10:55 a.m. A man called police to say he'd been buying drugs from bad people.

6/10/08 11:25 a.m. A former employee was accused of embezzling $300,000 from a local business.

6/10/08 7:21 p.m. Landscapers and leafblowers were operating at all hours on Sixth Street.

6/10/08 7:42 p.m. A man left his keys on the top of his car on Tenth Street, then couldn't find them.

6/10/08 9:58 p.m. A driver picked up an elderly woman whose car broke down on Stafford Road only to learn the woman was really a resident from a nearby nursing home and confused about how she got there.

6/10/08 4:44 a.m. Dogs were running in a parking lot on Jefferson Parkway.

6/11/08 6:39 a.m. A woman who believed the government of killing her friend wouldn't open the door when police went to a State Street motel room to help her.

6/11/08 10:21 a.m. A resident on Lower Meadows Road was accused of having 11 dogs.

6/11/08 1:22 p.m. A restraining order was violated on Oswego Summit.

6/11/08 2:36 p.m. A cat appeared distressed on the sidewalk in front of the library.

6/11/08 7:59 p.m. Motorcycles were parked in the middle of the sidewalk on State Street.

6/11/08 10:27 p.m. Unknown subjects were throwing eggs at cars on South Shore Boulevard.

6/12/08 7:07 a.m. Eight tires were punctured and cars spray-painted on Botticelli Street.

6/12/08 10:09 a.m. This one is verbatim: 'Assisted Lake Oswego Fire Depart-ment on violent diabetic patients.'

6/12/08 10:11 a.m. Charred toilet tissue was spotted in a dispenser at a school on Overlook Drive.

6/12/08 11:16 a.m. More extinguished toilet tissue turned up on Overlook, this one in a different restroom.

6/12/08 11:51 a.m. A person seen removing art from the sidewalk on Third Street turned out to be a contractor who was hired to do so.

6/12/08 12:18 p.m. A large group of juveniles gathered in the parking lot of Star Teriyaki.

6/12/08 1:07 p.m. Police awarded ice cream cards to two kids on Third Street for riding their bikes with helmets on.

6/12/08 1:21 p.m. Four kids were smoking pot under a bridge on Iron Mountain Boulevard.

6/12/08 2:19 p.m. Members of a loud band on Chapman Way agreed to close the garage door next time they practice.

6/12/08 3:20 p.m. Cars failed to stop for pedestrians on Lakeview Boulevard.

6/12/08 8:11 p.m. A 15-year-old runaway boy was reported. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and pants. He is 5'6' with black hair and brown eyes.

6/12/08 8:48 p.m. Teens with beer were going into a house on North Shore Road.

6/12/08 9:53 p.m. A group of kids were not drunk in Westlake Park, as reported, just loud.

6/12/08 10:06 p.m. Reports of 20 high school kids running through a complex on Foothills Drive turned out to be two kids playing a game.

6/12/08 11:05 p.m. A woman reported being punched in the face and her wallet stolen while walking. The case is under investigation.

6/13/08 6:26 a.m. Two windows were broken out of Uplands Elementary School with rocks.

6/13/08 7:53 a.m. Overgrown weeds were reported on Sixth Street.

6/13/08 8:24 a.m. Someone smashed out the rear tail-light of a white Ford on Maple Circle.

6/13/08 10:05 a.m. A man was seen urinating on Maple Street.

6/13/08 11:09 a.m. A man could be heard screaming at a neighbor's dog on McNary Parkway.

6/13/08 11:56 a.m. A man was being stalked by his ex-girlfriend.

6/13/08 12:45 p.m. A injured bird was spotted in Millennium Plaza Park.

6/13/08 1:10 p.m. A dog was in a car on State Street with the windows rolled up.

6/13/08 1:17 p.m. A suspicious man was getting into a gray van, then taking things out again on Royal Oaks Drive. The van turned out to be his. It was parked in front of his house.

6/13/08 2:51 p.m. Overgrown grass and weeds were reported at a local house, no address provided. Plastic was also covering a window.

6/13/08 3:26 p.m. A runaway juvenile was found.

6/13/08 3:32 p.m. One neighbor removed another's bushes on Melrose Place.

6/13/08 7:15 p.m. Two women were picnicking with alcohol at Oak Creek Elementary School.

6/13/08 8:09 p.m. A tree fell across the road on Hemlock Street.

6/13/08 8:29 p.m. Kids were on the roof of the Uplands Elementary School.

6/14/08 3:07 a.m. A man reported his drunken girlfriend was throwing things in an apartment on McVey Avenue.

6/14/08 7:52 a.m. Apartment signs were ripped out of the ground at Oswego Pointe, one thrown through the window of a Volvo, causing $800 in damage.

6/14/08 12:21 p.m. A man exposed himself on a public path. He is described as a white male in his 30s, 5'9', 175 pounds, brown hair, khaki jacket and pants.

6/14/08 1:27 p.m. Residents of Woodland Terrace held their fourth garage sale in two months.

6/14/08 4:11 p.m. Pesticide was sprayed on the street on Pilkington Road.

6/14/08 5:31 p.m. A man found a yorkie on Bryant Road.

6/14/08 5:53 p.m. Two vehicles pulled up side by side on Laurel Street and one driver said to the other: 'I can't believe the cops didn't see us.'

6/14/08 9:13 p.m. A 15-year-old runaway was located.

6/15/08 9:10 a.m. Three men accused of fishing in a 'no fishing' area were not.

6/15/08 10:23 a.m. 'Officer assisted with sitting on a stolen vehicle.'

6/15/08 11:11 a.m. Police were summoned to view overgrown grass on Glacier Lily Drive.

6/15/08 8:05 p.m. A woman who threatened to jump off a balcony was not suicidal, just drunk.

6/16/08 12:45 a.m. A house on Westminister Drive was egged by a juvenile in a white baseball cap.

6/16/08 2:45 a.m. A man who was lying in the grass on Lee Street was taken to a detox facility.

6/10/08 8:38 p.m. A woman who tried to use two different credit cards, which were declined, was suspected of stealing them.

6/11/08 1:24 p.m. Fraud was reported at a bank on Bryant Road.

6/11/08 3:47 p.m. Identity theft was reported.

6/12/08 3:06 p.m. Someone switched a local man's bank account access and also switched his credit card information.

6/14/08 1:27 p.m. A fraudulent cashier's check was received by a local person.

6/14/08 6:25 p.m. Credit card fraud was reported.

6/14/08 8:42 p.m. An unknown subject took $1,200 in advances from a local man's credit card.
