7/29/08 12:57 a.m. Christopher Anthony Lemos, 34, was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear on charges of DUII and driving while suspended. He was taken to a jail in Multnomah County.

7/29/08 10:22 a.m. Brian Joseph Orr, 45, was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear on local charges. He was lodged at a jail in Multnomah County.

7/29/08 2:22 p.m. Summer K. Price, 28, was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. She was taken to a jail in Multnomah County.

7/29/08 8:33 p.m. Travis P. Hokanson, 30, was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear on six local charges.

7/30/08 3:04 p.m. Kerri Ballati, 50, was taken to the Clackamas County Jail for contempt of court.

7/30/08 2:37 a.m. Christian L. Bedford, 29, was arrested on suspicion of assault, menacing and attempted strangulation and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

7/31/08 7:08 p.m. Brandon Thomas Schilling, 24, was arrested for failing to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. He was taken to a jail in Eugene, where he was held on other charges.

8/1/08 2:56 p.m. Brian Neal Watson, 38, was arrested on an unspecified warrant and taken to the Washington County Jail.

8/1/08 3:08 p.m. Debra Leloff, 39, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated theft and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/2/08 1:36 p.m. Martin Glenn Oljar, 46, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of identity theft, three counts of forgery and three counts of tampering with drug records. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/2/08 6:56 p.m. Steven Daniel Tozier, 31, was cited and released for driving while suspended.

There were no burglaries reported this week in Lake Oswego.

7/30/08 10:24 p.m. Linda D. Craig, 38, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on I-5. She was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

7/29/08 11:22 a.m. A dispute arose out of a non-injury car crash that occurred on Sundew Court.

7/29/08 12:41 p.m. No one was hurt when a car struck a tree in a parking lot on Meadows Road.

7/29/08 1:20 p.m. There were no injuries reported when four cars collided on Boones Ferry Road.

8/1/08 12:38 p.m. Injuries were reported when a car struck a pedestrian on Boones Ferry Road.

8/2/08 2:47 a.m. There were injuries in a car crash at Country Club and Wembley Park roads.

7/28/08 7:35 a.m. Items were dumped in a Dumpster on Greentree Road.

7/28/08 8:20 a.m. Tools worth $1,000 were taken from a trailer on Jean Road.

7/29/08 8:47 a.m. A license plate was stolen from a car on Carman Drive.

7/29/08 9:29 a.m. Two golf clubs were taken from a car on Westview Court.

7/29/08 12:07 p.m. A license plate was stolen from a car on Ninth Street.

7/30/08 2:34 p.m. Two bicycles were taken from Fielding Road.

7/30/08 4:00 p.m. Someone stole a goal post from a park on Melrose Street.

7/31/08 3:37 p.m. A caregiver stole from a client on Crest Drive.

8/1/08 3:37 p.m. A bike part was taken from a bike shop on State Street.

8/2/08 8:44 p.m. Keys were taken from a purse on First Street.

7/28/08 10:03 a.m. Two runaway teens, ages 14 and 15, were located in Sherwood.

7/28/08 10:38 a.m. Trees and shrubs were inching over the property line on Tree Top Way, an apparent pattern going back more than 20 years.

7/28/08 11:04 a.m. A car tire was slashed on Oswego Summit.

7/28/08 11:38 a.m. A stranger in a station wagon took a picture of another driver on Bangy Road.

7/28/08 12:59 p.m. A U-Haul was blocking Ridgecrest Road.

7/28/08 1:01 p.m. Kids appeared to be playing in the pool of a foreclosed home on Worthington Street.

7/28/08 2:18 p.m. Someone shot fireworks towards the library from G Avenue.

7/28/08 3:19 p.m. A 13-year-old ran away from a Christie Drive location.

7/28/08 5:04 p.m. A homeowner accused of piling junk in a driveway was preparing for a garage sale on Laurel Street.

7/28/08 6:06 p.m. A TriMet bus broke down on Cedar Road, blocking the street.

7/28/08 6:15 p.m. Harassing emails were reported by the same fellow who prompted similar reports five hours earlier.

7/28/08 6:33 p.m. Kids were setting off illegal fireworks on G Avenue.

7/28/08 7:16 p.m. Three or four teens appeared stoned near the 'Fantasy Forest' portion of a First Street park.

7/28/08 8:29 p.m. A person who had been drinking for several days was taken to a detox facility.

7/28/08 9:35 p.m. A restraining order violation was reported.

7/28/08 9:58 p.m. A child was seen leaving a Chucky Cheese in the trunk of an Acura RSX.

7/28/08 10:31 p.m. Loud music, presumably from a bar on Monroe Parkway, turned out to be coming from a parked car.

7/28/08 11:14 p.m. People were yelling in a parking lot, also on Monroe Parkway.

7/29/08 8:57 a.m. A mysterious car that showed up in a parking lot on Boones Ferry Road belonged to a man who was wanted on felony charges.

7/29/08 9:31 a.m. A chocolate Lab was meandering unattended on Canal Circle.

7/29/08 10:05 a.m. An argument broke out at a construction site on Second Street, then trash was left everywhere.

7/29/08 1:22 p.m. A report of rape was made in the Lake Oswego area. No other information was provided.

7/29/08 3:26 p.m. Harassment was reported via MySpace.

7/29/08 3:52 p.m. Boys near the fire pit at Foothills Park appeared to be smoking.

7/29/08 4:37 p.m. A skateboarder was spotted without a helmet in Millennium Plaza Park.

7/29/08 5:20 p.m. A child was riding without a car seat on Boones Ferry Road.

7/29/08 6:09 p.m. A baby raccoon appeared to have been abandoned on North Point Road.

7/29/08 6:28 p.m. A teen who took an excessive amount of cold medicine was taken to a hospital.

7/29/08 7:50 p.m. An unwanted spouse was lingering on Maple Circle.

7/29/08 9:00 p.m. A suspicious person seen in the basement of an apartment complex turned out to be a resident who was moving furniture downstairs. This occurred on Second Street.

7/29/08 11:02 p.m. A person reported being assaulted by a masked man but did not want to press charges.

7/30/08 3:01 a.m. Loud voices and music led police to four drunken minors in a park on Becket. They were cited and released for underage possession of alcohol.

7/30/08 7:03 a.m. A person who had been asked to stay away from a local woman was suspected of slashing her tires.

7/30/08 9;17 a.m. Someone placed wine bottles behind the tires of a car that later drove over them. This occurred on Lakeview Boulevard.

7/30/08 9:19 a.m. Neighbors' cars were blocking a mailbox and garbage cans on Blue Heron Road.

7/30/08 11:20 a.m. A woman received a death threat.

7/30/08 11:42 a.m. Police forced their way into a home when its elderly resident did not answer the door. It turned out she was not at home.

7/30/08 12:31 p.m. A car was keyed overnight on Maple Circle.

7/30/08 3:22 p.m. A suspicious man was hanging around a high school volleyball camp at Lakeridge.

7/30/08 5:51 p.m. A toddler was spotted on an unsupervised stroll on Brookhurst Drive.

7/30/08 6:06 p.m. Two people reported being shot with an airsoft gun wielded by teens on Ridge Lake Drive.

7/30/08 6:44 p.m. A woman was taken to a hospital after a suicide attempt.

7/30/08 7:13 p.m. An invasive species of plant was spotted growing on Leonard Street. It was suspected of creeping there from the Oswego Pointe property.

7/30/08 11:01 p.m. People were singing to loud music on Lake Bay Court.

7/31/08 3:30 a.m. A woman who could be heard falling down and sobbing was taken to a hospital.

7/31/08 7:50 a.m. A man who had not returned his girlfriend's car had not stolen it, just run out of gas.

7/31/08 2:02 p.m. A bulldog named Gus was found on Boones Ferry Road.

7/31/08 4:19 p.m. A window was smashed out of a truck on State Street.

7/31/08 5:41 p.m. The strong odors of paint and paint thinner were in the air on Sixth Street, where a resident suspected a slow poisoning.

7/31/08 6:32 p.m. A house that had previously been egged was struck by a beer bottle on Twin Fir Road.

7/31/08 7:44 p.m. Six kids were jumping off the dolphins at Roehr Park.

7/31/08 9:07 p.m. One man yelled at another about his driving. This occurred in front his Kerr Parkway house, where he was told, 'Now I know where you live.'

8/1/08 12:17 a.m. A car was driving around Lords Lane, dropping people off and picking them up again.

8/1/08 4:22 a.m. An irate female was in the front yard of a home on Glen Haven Road.

8/1/08 8:05 a.m. Rivergrove Elementary School was tagged overnight.

8/1/08 1:10 p.m. A real estate sign was tampered with on Cumberland Place.

8/1/08 2:19 p.m. A restraining order was violated on State Street.

8/1/08 2:43 p.m. Tree branches were blocking the southbound lanes of Riverside Drive.

8/1/08 5:09 p.m. Two eight year olds were throwing rocks and dirt clods at cars on Churchill Downs.

8/1/08 5:16 p.m. A plastic bag containing fecal matter was found in the yard of a home on Lords Lane.

8/1/08 6:20 p.m. A watermelon was found in George Rogers Park with a knife next to it.

8/1/08 7:59 p.m. Kids were damaging a house near George Rogers Park and had broken some windows.

8/1/08 10:56 p.m. A fight broke out in a parking lot on Monroe Parkway.

8/2/08 4:00 a.m. Screaming could be heard on Wembley Park Road.

8/2/08 6:17 a.m. Graffiti was spotted on the driving range at the Oswego Lake Country Club.

8/2/08 1:28 p.m. A dog was given a lift home from a fire call.

8/2/08 2:50 p.m. Another dog ran away from the doggy day care at the farmers' market.

8/2/08 6:28 p.m. A teen who tried to buy alcohol had his driver's license taken by the owner of a liquor store.

8/2/08 6:35 p.m. A customer who made a mess on a table at the Safeway was asked to leave.

8/2/08 8:27 p.m. People were pretending to fornicate in a driveway on Lords Lane.

8/2/08 9:40 p.m. Yelling and pounding in an apartment on Jefferson Parkway turned out to be coming from a man who was trying to train his puppy.

8/2/08 10:56 p.m. A man was pounding on a door on Canyon Drive.

8/2/08 11:24 p.m. Two men came to a house on Bryant Road and threatened its owner.

8/2/08 11:27 p.m. Kids were putting duct tape across the road on Cherry Lane.

8/2/08 11:39 p.m. A 15-year-old runaway was located in Beaverton.

8/2/08 12:18 a.m. Numerous juveniles were cited for drinking underage at a party on Diane Drive.

8/2/08 10:51 a.m. A man wearing latex gloves was hanging out near an ATM on Meadows Road.

8/3/08 8:48 p.m. A person possibly exposed himself in George Rogers Park.

8/3/08 2:50 a.m. A man forced his girlfriend to withdraw money from her bank account to feed his gambling habit.

8/3/08 3:10 a.m. Two teens were sitting at a bus stop on A Avenue and State Street.

7/29/08 2:57 p.m. A local person's credit card appeared to be being misused.

7/29/08 3:24 p.m. Credit card abuse was reported.

7/30/08 10:12 a.m. A credit card was issued in a local woman's name and charges on it had surpassed $9,000.

7/31/08 11:47 a.m. Fraud was reported at a State Street business.

8/1/08 3:08 p.m. A woman who applied to be a mystery shopper on Craigslist received what looked like a fraudulent check.

8/1/08 6:37 p.m. Fraudulent checks were written against a local person's bank account.
