8/11/08 11:19 a.m. Marcos Enciso, 39, was arrested for failing to appear on charges of driving while suspended.

8/11/08 7:20 p.m. James Allen Hufford, 48, was arrested for providing false insurance and falsifying financial responsibility. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/14/08 9:07 a.m. Brian Hector Vega, 19, was arrested for driving while suspended and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/14/08 11:59 a.m. Grace Elise Good, 19, was arrested for assault and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/15/08 10:20 a.m. Jonathan Barrett Roberson, 20, was arrested for driving while suspended and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/15/08 2:50 p.m. Three juveniles were cited and released for reckless burning after setting fire to the playground at Hallinan Elementary School.

8/16/08 10:38 a.m. A 13-year-old runaway from Forest Grove was located in Lake Oswego and taken to the Donald E. Long Correctional Facility.

8/16/08 1:04 p.m. Wayne Talton Harris, Jr., 52, was arrested for failing to appear on a charge of providing false information to police. He was taken to the Lane County Jail.

8/12/08 7:39 a.m. Evicted tenants broke into their old apartment on Lake Grove Avenue.

8/13/08 6:48 p.m. Cash and milk were reported stolen in a burglary on Jefferson Parkway.

8/15/08 5:43 p.m. A commercial burglary was reported. No other information was provided.

8/15/08 9:45 a.m. A weed eater, extension cords, leaf blower, oil, gas cans and television were taken from a garage on Grouse Terrace.

8/17/08 11:18 a.m. Champagne, wine and beer were stolen from a refrigerator in a local home, address withheld.

8/16/08 8:28 p.m. Nathan W. Smart, 22, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Country Club Road. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

8/11/08 6:59 p.m. A driver hit a fence on Southwest Childs Road while swerving to avoid another car. There were no injuries.

8/13/08 3:06 p.m. There were no injuries in a two-car crash on Fifth Street.

8/14/08 8:34 p.m. A car hit a building on McVey Avenue.

8/15/08 9:10 a.m. No one was hurt when two cars collided on Boones Ferry Road.

8/15/08 3:07 p.m. There were no injuries reported in a two-car crash at Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way.

8/16/08 2:22 p.m. No one was hurt in a two-car collision on Boones Ferry Road.

8/11/08 12:45 p.m. A camera and miscellaneous items were taken from a car on Kennycroft Way.

8/11/08 1:36 p.m. Mail was stolen from Third Street, missing were gift cards valued at $1,000.

8/11/08 5:19 p.m. A laptop was taken from a house on Reese Road.

8/12/08 8:47 a.m. A hubcap was stolen from a car on Parkview Drive.

8/12/08 2:30 p.m. A bicycle was stolen from North Shore Road.

8/12/08 8:44 p.m. A laptop was stolen from Kruse Oaks Drive.

8/12/08 10:51 p.m. A camera, climbing gear, iPod, international license, keys and laptop were stolen from an unlocked car on Oswego Pointe Drive.

8/13/08 8:18 a.m. A laptop, cash, passport, wallet, projector and 3-D connection device were stolen from a hotel room on Kruse Oaks Drive.

8/13/08 8:21 a.m. A backpack was taken from a hotel room, also on Kruse Oaks Drive.

8/14/08 10:45 a.m. A purse was stolen from a car on State Street.

8/17/08 6:36 p.m. Two laptop computers and three bottles of wine were taken from a car on Kruse Oaks Drive.

8/11/08 8:49 a.m. A good Samaritan returned money found at Millennium Plaza Park.

8/11/08 11:26 a.m. Police were on the hunt for an elderly man headed to Kruse Way Place. Witnesses reported he was covered in blood and vomit when he stopped to ask for directions in Tualatin.

8/11/08 11:57 a.m. Children were walking without adult supervision on A Avenue.

8/11/08 12:14 p.m. Overgrown weeds were spotted on Ninth Street.

8/11/08 3:12 p.m. Six kids were jumping off the dolphins at Roehr Park.

8/14/08 4:54 p.m. A dispute erupted over a water spicket on McNary Parkway.

8/14/08 10:28 p.m. A woman scolded a crying child on Kerr Parkway.

8/16/08 3:08 p.m. A seven-pound Chihuahua was reported missing on Carman Drive.

8/17/08 11:38 a.m. A backpack and clothes were stashed in bushes on B Avenue for approximately one year. Police determined these were garbage.

8/17/08 12:42 p.m. A man who had been yelling at a woman for a few hours on E Avenue was not a man at all, just a loud television.

8/17/08 4:04 p.m. An injured owl was taken to city hall, where Officer Doolittle from the West Linn Police Department was scheduled to pick it up. The owl was taken to Dove Lewis Emergency Animal Hospital.

8/17/08 8:59 p.m. A dog was barking out the front door of a local home, address withheld.

8/17/08 9:38 p.m. A woman who was threatened on the phone was not really in danger, police found, just enduring the ire of a son-in-law after she informed his wife of an apparent weight problem.

8/11/08 2:26 p.m. Two people were under investigation for committing fraud in an undisclosed location.
