9/08/08 8:48 a.m. Christopher Sean Friend, 55, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/08/08 2:27 p.m. Michael Ray Walstatter, 29, was cited and released on suspicion of driving while suspended.

9/10/08 9:51 a.m. A 16-year-old was referred to a juvenile court for possession of marijuana on school grounds.

9/12/08 10:26 a.m. Timur Van Dyes, 52, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. He was taken to a Multnomah County jail.

9/12/08 1:57 p.m. Cesar G. Brambila, 29, was arrested on suspicion of failing to carry and present a drivers license. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/12/08 9:15 p.m. Two juveniles were cited for underage drinking after a fight in a State Street parking lot. One was taken to the Clackamas County Juvenile Resource Center.

9/13/08 4:55 p.m. Jules R. Turner, 29, was arrested on suspicion of assault, harassment, menacing and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/13/08 11:03 p.m. Kevin J. Andrews, 19, was cited and released on suspicion of offensive littering after hitting a patrol car with a lit cigarette.

9/15/08 12:21 a.m. A 17-year-old was referred to Multnomah Court for underage drinking. A number of others were cited and released.

9/08/08 3:40 p.m. Two passports were taken from an apartment in an undisclosed location.

9/14/08 4:48 a.m. A burglary was reported on Davis Lane. No other information was provided.

9/08/08 12:10 p.m. Kirk Alan Hawkins, 46, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Hemlock Street and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/08/08 10:21 a.m. No one was hurt when two cars collided on Country Club Road.

9/08/08 2:25 p.m. A white Mustang spun out and blew its transmission on Atherton Drive, then blocked the road. There were no injuries.

9/10/08 12:23 p.m. There were no injuries in a two-car crash on Fourth Street.

9/11/08 12:46 p.m. No one was hurt in a two-car crash at 65th Avenue and McEwan Road.

9/11/08 2:34 p.m. There were no injuries when two cars collided at Third Street and C Avenue.

9/13/08 8:31 a.m. A cyclist was not injured in a hit-and-run incident involving a car on Bonita Road.

9/08/08 10:26 a.m. Golf clubs were taken from a car on Frost Lane.

9/08/08 1:18 p.m. A checkbook was taken from a car overnight, then a person tried to cash a check. The location of the break-in was withheld.

9/09/08 10:04 a.m. Identification, including a Social Security number, was reported stolen.

9/10/08 11:46 a.m. An iPod and prescription medication were stolen from a car on Meadows Road.

9/10/08 3:23 p.m. Jewelry worth $2,600 was taken from a home on Westminister Drive, then pawned.

9/11/08 10:47 a.m. A former employee of a local business was embezzling funds and writing bad checks.

9/12/08 3:17 p.m. A previous victim of identity theft received new information in the case.

9/13/08 9:04 p.m. Customers ditched the bill at a restaurant on Fifth Street.

9/14/08 8:57 a.m. A car was reported stolen on Eaglecrest Drive.

9/08/08 7:40 a.m. Three peacocks blocked traffic on Boones Ferry Road.

9/08/08 8:59 a.m. A picnic umbrella was damaged at a school on Parkview Drive.

9/08/08 9:31 a.m. Two people were sleeping in a Penske truck on State Street.

9/08/08 12:20 p.m. A mattress, box spring and miscellaneous junk were dumped at a cemetery on Stafford Road.

9/08/08 12:37 p.m. A woman was being harassed by a member of the Church of Scientology.

9/08/08 5:02 p.m. A man seen carrying a gun in the parking lot of Galewood Apartments was moving in and carrying his guns inside.

9/08/08 6:57 p.m. Several men were yelling and screaming obscenities in an apartment on Foothills Drive.

9/09/08 2:15 a.m. A woman was screaming at a child on Mirkwood Drive.

9/09/08 5:03 a.m. A man came out from behind two houses, then ran when spotted on Sierra Vista Drive.

9/09/08 6:52 a.m. Construction was starting early and ending late on Alto Park Road.

9/09/08 9:20 a.m. A black Escalade passed 10 cars in oncoming traffic, then blew through a red light on Country Club Road.

9/09/08 9:30 a.m. An injured rat lay on the sidewalk near Bernard Street.

9/09/08 9:53 a.m. A homeowner had several bee hives on property on Lake Haven Drive, where a young child had been stung.

9/09/08 2:47 p.m. A dog was left unattended in a car on Burnham Road.

9/09/08 6:55 p.m. A neighbor was being loud and possibly throwing something against a wall on Foothills Drive.

9/09/08 8:08 p.m. A man was receiving unwanted phone calls from a Snake River corrections facility.

9/09/08 8:08 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was repeatedly walking around the block in athletic clothing on Inverurie Avenue.

9/10/08 6:48 a.m. The air brakes on a truck were too loud on Alto Park Road.

9/10/08 10:42 a.m. Trucks were using their jake brakes on Stafford Road.

9/10/08 11:27 a.m. A man told police he was forced to sign a document under duress.

9/10/08 12:09 p.m. A woman who fell at the sixth hole of the public golf course refused medical attention.

9/10/08 5:20 p.m. 'Loud wall-shaking music' was reported on Touchstone.

9/10/08 7:27 p.m. Two girls were laying across the roof of a gray sedan, holding tight as it headed down Quarry Road.

9/10/08 9:13 p.m. Skateboarders were in the road on McVey Avenue.

9/10/08 11:32 p.m. 'Loud voices' were coming from a 'loud party' on Jefferson Parkway.

9/11/08 8:43 a.m. A pitbull and a bulldog were frolicking unattended on Boones Ferry Road.

9/11/08 9:00 a.m. A woman was being harassed by an ex-boyfriend on the phone.

9/11/08 9:28 a.m. A house set for demolition appeared unsafe. Its location was withheld.

9/11/08 2:57 p.m. A local woman kept receiving calls from people asking about transgender clothing.

9/11/08 3:11 p.m. A malfunctioning machine was making a racket and kicking up dust in the alley behind Second Street.

9/11/08 5:19 p.m. An unsightly mess in a yard on Parker Road included four hot tubs, boats, lumber and cars.

9/11/08 5:22 p.m. A man who tried to enter a construction site on B Avenue turned out to be an employee.

9/11/08 6:53 p.m. Water bubbled up through the ground on Pimlico Street.

9/11/08 8:40 p.m. A man laying in the grass on State Street was possibly drunk. He told police he would be moving along.

9/11/08 11:44 p.m. The odor of burning plastic was reported on Livingwood Lane.

9/12/08 12:20 a.m. A man sleeping on the side of State Street, possibly the same man who attempted to move along four hours earlier, was taken to a detox facility.

9/12/08 7:09 a.m. A property was spray-painted overnight on Foothills Road.

9/12/08 8:44 a.m. Police released a bicycle and a ukulele to their owner who, inexplicably, lost both at the same time.

9/12/08 12:16 p.m. A Jesuit mom requested protection for the 100 students walking to Lake Oswego High School. Last time they were hit with eggs and rocks.

9/12/08 4:17 p.m. People were fishing off a bridge on Cabana Lane.

9/12/08 4:56 p.m. Kids with eggs were spotted on Atwater Road, laying in wait for the Jesuit students. They were excluded from the related football game.

9/12/08 5:56 p.m. Pitbulls were said to be chasing other dogs at the dog park. Police found nothing unusual.

9/12/08 6:02 p.m. A woman who stopped her car to talk to her child was accosted by an obscenity-shouting man for blocking the road on Sherbrook Place.

9/12/08 7:12 p.m. A Tyndall Court resident reported brown water coming from the taps.

9/12/08 8:12 p.m. A light brown chicken of unknown address was walking on Overlook Drive.

9/12/08 8:39 p.m. A man who threatened suicide was taken to a hospital.

9/12/08 10:38 p.m. Strange cars parked in front of a house on Royce Way, then left and returned again.

9/13/08 7:59 a.m. An injured possum was struggling on Othello Road.

9/13/08 9:24 a.m. McDuff the Scottie ran away from home. Owners on Ash Street reported McDuff returned home and 'is now grounded so this will not happen again.'

9/13/08 9:43 a.m. A U-Haul was stuck and blocking Condolea Way.

9/13/08 10:09 a.m. Strange noises from a house on Overlook Circle turned out to be a bird.

9/13/08 5:33 p.m. A window was struck by a pellet on Scott Court.

9/13/08 6:11 p.m. A runaway girl, age 15, has brown hair and brown eyes and is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds.

9/13/08 9:29 p.m. Kids were jumping on a trampoline on Eaglecrest Drive.

9/14/08 11:42 a.m. An 11-year-old child was loose with a BB gun on Pine Street.

9/14/08 1:33 p.m. A dog was left unattended in a car on Fourth Street.

9/14/08 3:46 p.m. A large flower pot was damaged on Tenth Street.

9/14/08 4:31 p.m. A loud pop was heard on Meadowcreek Road.

9/14/08 4:59 p.m. A car was stopped in the middle of Tenth Street, then a woman got out of it and walked away.

9/14/08 5:26 p.m. Juvenile screams could be heard from the tennis courts on Hill Way.

9/08/08 11:35 a.m. An employee was accused of defrauding the boss at a local business.

9/08/08 4:58 p.m. A person's Social Security number had been used fraudulently to obtain identification.

9/09/08 12:49 p.m. A woman received a collection notice for an account she never opened.

9/10/08 8:50 a.m. A woman falsified a rental application.

9/10/08 1:05 p.m. Someone used a local woman's credit card to make a purchase, then changed the billing address.
