9/25/08 2:11 p.m. Lisa Womack, 38, was cited on charges of theft and negotiating a bad check.

9/25/08 2:19 p.m. Sarah Terhaar, 25, was cited and released on a charge of theft.

9/26/08 7:04 a.m. Vladimir Ilia Budey, 26, was arrested for failing to appear on a charge of giving false information to a police officer. He was taken to a Multnomah County jail.

9/27/08 9:07 p.m. Jonathan Robert Ware, 26, was arrested on a warrant charging assault and taken to a Multnomah County jail.

9/27/08 11:43 p.m. Darci Renee Lemaine, 42, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/28/08 1:15 p.m. Brandon Michael Orchard, 24, was arrested on charges of probation violation and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/28/08 9:19 p.m. Robert Edward Brush, 49, was arrested on charges of menacing and harassment and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/28/08 9:56 p.m. Jonathan Walter Hagen, 22, was arrested on charges of hit and run, DUII, reckless driving and refusing to take a breath test after driving a car into a mailbox on Wall Street, then failing to stop. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/29/08 12:42 a.m. Wesley Myers Hulden, 27, was arrested on a charge of a probation violation and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.

9/09/08 12:50 p.m. Erin Murray Smith, 48, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Boones Ferry Road.

9/19/08 3:20 a.m. Emma L. Schlager, 23, was arrested on suspicion of DUII on Middlecrest Road.

9/27/08 6:26 p.m. A laptop was taken from a residence on Foothills Drive.

9/23/08 11:46 a.m. No one was hurt when a car was driven into a building on State Street, breaking the window.

9/23/08 1:50 p.m. There were no injuries when one car backed into another on Boones Ferry Road.

9/23/08 3:41 p.m. No one was hurt when two cars collided on Chandler Road.

9/24/08 11:14 p.m. A motorist was taken to a hospital after driving into a fence on South Shore Boulevard.

9/25/08 11:51 a.m. There were no injuries in a single-car crash on Greenbrier Road.

9/28/08 4:26 p.m. No one was hurt when two cars collided on Carman Drive.

9/22/08 11:38 a.m. Neighbors allegedly stole patio furniture, a barbecue and fountain from an apartment that had been damaged by fire on Jefferson Parkway.

9/22/08 12:36 p.m. The credit card of a local person was stolen by a family member, who then spent $1,500 on cash and clothes.

9/23/08 12:48 a.m. A car was reported stolen from Jefferson Parkway.

9/24/08 10:31 pm. A bike was stolen from State Street.

9/25/08 4:15 p.m. A spare tire was stolen from a car on Foothills Drive.

9/26/08 9:53 a.m. A briefcase with checkbook and other items were taken from a car on Juarez.

9/26/08 4:10 p.m. Concrete yard statues were reported stolen from Greentree Road.

9/26/08 5:15 p.m. A person was trespassed for shoplifting at the Safeway on A Avenue.

9/26/08 12:26 p.m. Political signs were reported stolen on Bullock Street.

9/27/08 8:58 a.m. A purse and wallet items were stolen from a car on Maple Street.

9/27/08 9:23 a.m. A stereo faceplate was taken from a car on Maple Street.

9/22/08 8:21 a.m. A cap-wearing man in his 70s was suspected of being a missing person seen on television. He was spotted on Second Street.

9/22/08 9:43 a.m. Someone was cutting trees without a permit on Glenmorrie Drive.

9/22/08 12:39 p.m. Students from Lakeridge High School were speeding down the hill on Royce Way.

9/22/08 12:53 p.m. Extra patrols were requested for cars belonging to the ladies group at Lake Grove Presbyterian Church.

9/22/08 6:00 p.m. Two women in a green Mercedes were suspects in a road-rage incident on Lakeview Boulevard.

9/23/08 9:31 a.m. A large black plastic bag was spotted on the sidewalk on Country Club Road. Police also found Styrofoam sticking out of it.

9/23/08 12:36 p.m. Scott Randal Pillsbury, 32, registered as a sex offender.

9/23/08 1:27 p.m. A woman was rescued from the restroom at Waluga Park after being trapped inside when the lock broke.

9/23/08 3:23 p.m. Police disposed of a dead squirrel on Third Street.

9/23/08 4:25 p.m. Two tailgating motorists threw trash from a car on Bangy Road, nearly striking an agitated driver in a third vehicle.

9/23/08 5:13 p.m. A reckless driver sped through the parking lot at the Chili's Restaurant on Centerpointe Drive.

9/23/08 11:37 p.m. Two women were yelling and shoving each other on State Street.

9/24/08 10:35 a.m. Cars parked on a path on Canyon Drive, blocking the way.

9/24/08 11:13 a.m. Portland Community College students parked their cars on Hildalgo.

9/24/08 12:43 p.m. A young black Lab was howling for an hour on Third Street.

9/24/08 12:55 p.m. A large delivery truck was blocking the road on B Avenue.

9/24/08 3:54 p.m. A sign proclaiming 'I buy junk' cropped up on Boones Ferry Road.

9/24/08 4:28 p.m. Two men were drinking beer and making suggestive remarks to teen-aged girls at a park on Hemlock Street.

9/24/08 4:52 p.m. Two stray dogs tried to attack a strolling man on Sixth Street. They were quickly claimed by a guilty-looking driver.

9/24/08 6:54 p.m. 'Tan Tahoe was tailgating' on Carman Drive.

9/25/08 6:56 a.m. A hostile driver with silver horses on his mud flaps was flashing his lights, tailgating and yelling on Foothills Road.

9/25/08 10:05 a.m. People suspected of cutting down a 300-year-old tree on Douglas Way were tending to its roots.

9/25/08 1:03 p.m. A driver seen swerving on Kruse Way was not drunk, just not a good driver.

9/25/08 1:24 p.m. A person in a Smart car dropped a dog off at the dog park at Luscher Farm, then returned to retrieve it later.

9/25/08 4:15 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported.

9/25/08 4:43 p.m. Teens hollowed out part of a bush to hang out in on Eighth Street.

9/25/08 5:24 p.m. Five kids playing football on Fourth Street were suspected of hitting a car with the ball, though no damage could be found.

9/25/08 9:10 p.m. Two guys hunched down inside a car on Cervantes were not prowlers, just two guys trying to make the thing run.

9/25/08 10:57 p.m. A loud noise was heard in a home on Cardinal Drive, then the homeowner found a broken mirror in the bathroom.

9/26/08 9:27 a.m. A house on Fernwood Drive was spray-painted overnight.

9/26/08 11:34 a.m. A piece of burned shower curtain was left on a play structure on State Street.

9/26/08 2:04 p.m. Police gave a lecture to a boy who stole $200 from his father.

9/26/08 4:34 p.m. Two students were selling bottles in brown paper bags on Boones Ferry Road.

9/26/08 5:57 p.m. A 14-year-old boy was upset over bad grades and took to his room with a pocket knife.

9/26/08 6:11 p.m. Kids under the pergola at Millennium Plaza Park were suspected of smoking marijuana.

9/26/08 9:01 p.m. A man who threatened to shoot a security guard at the Mormon Temple was taken to a hospital. He did not have a weapon at the time.

9/26/08 11:07 p.m. A loud party with an outdoor fire was reported on Spruce Street.

9/26/08 9:52 a.m. A large piece of luggage was left in a parking lot on Country Club Road.

9/26/08 11:18 a.m. Machine-gun fire was reported on Jefferson Parkway. Police were unable to locate anyone with a machine gun.

9/26/08 11:21 a.m. A 16 year old was having behavior problems.

9/26/08 1:21 p.m. Political signs were removed from the right-of-way on Boones Ferry Road.

9/27/08 7:38 p.m. A neighbor was scaring children on Bonniebrae Road.

9/278/08 11:04 a.m. A man refused to leave the city golf course on Stafford Road.

9/28/08 11:33 a.m. A cat in a car on State Street appeared not to have food or water. Police found the cat did indeed have food and water and also a litterbox.

9/28/08 6:08 p.m. Three kids were trying to get on the roof of a school on Royce Way.

9/28/08 8:12 p.m. A drunken person on a motorized scooter appeared headed to a convenience store on Pilkington Way.

9/28/08 11:16 p.m. A Second Street resident heard screams in the distance.

9/29/08 1:27 a.m. People were sifting through garbage cans for mail on Kerr Parkway.

9/22/08 10:36 a.m. Identity theft was reported.

9/22/08 11:09 a.m. Two bouncing checks totaled $2,200 to a company working on Kelok Road.

9/22/08 6:08 p.m. Fraud was committed on a bank account using an ATM card.

9/24/08 12:02 p.m. A suspicious person was trying to get bank account numbers from a business on South Shore Boulevard.

9/24/08 1:35 p.m. A bad check was received by a local school.

9/26/08 8:07 a.m. An unknown man forced a local woman to deposit an empty envelope in an ATM, then take out cash.

9/27/08 5:04 p.m. A Pay Pal account was used without permission.
