A grand jury in Clackamas County has indicted a 25-year-old man recently arrested for viewing child pornography at the Lake Oswego Public Library.
Police arrested Abraham Jekhan Mross, who is believed to be homeless, Oct. 16.
Acting on a tip from librarians, an investigator from the Lake Oswego Police Department observed Mross accessing and viewing child pornography on a library computer. Mross was taken to the Clackamas County Jail and permanently barred from the library.
On Oct. 24, a grand jury indicted Mross on 10 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse in the second degree, a felony.
Mross is being held on $50,000 bail. He faces five years jail time and up to $125,000 in fines for each of the 10 felonies. Fifteen other charges were dismissed by the grand jury.
