Woman's ex-boyfriend accused of leaving a toddler alone while taking photos of woman through window
A 32-year-old Tigard man was arrested early Tuesday morning for peeking into the bedroom window of a Milwaukie woman.
Milwaukie police said Joshua Jeremiah Brammer, 11563 S.W. 135th, apartment 58, was taken into custody and accused of taking photos of his ex-girlfriend through her Shell Lane home's windows.
Brammer was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on charges of reckless endangering, second-degree child neglect and invasion of personal privacy.
Milwaukie police were called at about 12:47 a.m. because a prowler was seen in the Shell Lane neighborhood. The frightened woman reported seeing someone dressed in black prowling her yard and peeping in her windows.
After police took Brammer into custody, the woman told police that he was her ex-boyfriend. Brammer is the father of her 16-month-old child.
The woman told police that she had taken the toddler to Brammer's home in Tigard Monday for visitation. Police said Brammer apparently left the toddler alone in his apartment while he allegedly drove to Milwaukie and peeked in the woman's windows.
Tigard police went into the apartment and discovered that the child was alone. Milwaukie police drove the woman to Tigard to pick up her child.
